Maybe it's a setting in airio why it didn't save statistics and all is lost.

Airio is very old insim but u can manage admin levels (what he she can do) etc and who is admin.

Never rented server from lfs.net but i believe there must be a way to edit setup.cfg

set /mode=S3 and /admin=whatever and restart server

Did u try to reinstall LFS? Maybe some files corupt?
