I know I was being a bit short minded! and reviewing my post I see your points!
this case was this: frustration!
anyway: Its a DFP and no its not working in the control panel either. Nor is there any drivers that are compatible with vista since the wheel was originally made for the PS2. Futhermore, the wingman teams DFP drivers aren't yet compatible with vista. So for now I guess im simply just better of with a reinstall of XP..
just on a final note: "thanks microsoft for a crap product" very narrow minded indeed!
Vista and LFS wont regocnize my "seperate pedals"! I dont really know what the problem is, all im saying is, it driving me nuts! i cant make my wheel work properly in LFS using vista..
perfectly fine.... the first parallel parking i did was a complete mess (no damage) but the next 20 i made was perfect! I was out driving for 3 hours in total. He was very impressed with my driving skills, and at first he thought i was re-aqcuiring my license!
Im going out on the roads today for my first lesson! No more classroom talk! Step aside old ladies and alike!
I've been driving cars for quite some time, so nothing new really! It'll just be interesting to see how i deal with high density of cars, since i've only been driving around my neighborhood.
as far i know, most cars measure the speed at either the tranny, or at the wheels! So in this aspect LFS is MOST realistic at this speedo subject compared to alot of other racing games.
