WRC like xTCC is so far detached from the real world cars it just isn't the same. I liked the old days when you could actually buy a street going version of the cars. VW have been supa pimp buy selling a their Paris-Dakar Toerag to the public.

Mmmm, love the P1. I would explode in my pants if I ever had the opportunity to own one. Unmolested in every way, just treated to a year service. <3

If you want to quash the nay sayers, take a photo of your car with a tin of baked beans in or around it. Then you will notice a lot of humble pie eaters all up in here.

Seriously, it's a myth that childbirth loosens the clam anyway. If there's a tear they stitch it, ask the midwife for a couple of extra stitches if you're thinking of reducing the slack.

If I recall they have to use scissors to make the whole bigger then stitch it all back together again. Still kinda gives me a cold shiver/blergh sensation when I think about it.

Quote from dadge :you should try the "Lone Ranger". it'll change your life.

Rodeo is a much better move. It is easier if she is wearing a top, but while doing her from behind grab her top (or hair, shoulder) with one hand, lean forwards and whisper into her ear "you know, your sister likes it like this too" then try and hold on baby. YEHAW!

Eww, they are sold in 10s, that means they aren't real Jaffa Cakes.

Quote from dadge :check to see where they're made. UK chocolate tastes much better than the American stuff.

A lot of American "chocolate" isn't chocolate. Hershey don't use Coco Butter which means it is just chocolate flavoured candy.

Quote from dadge :i thought it was just the vacuum caused with all the power housing the old hatchet wound is taking? similar to how a toilet plunger fits all bowls.

I mean over time, if you're hung like a horse you'll stretch it out until it fits like a glove, if you're hung like a horsefly it'll contract to fit like a smaller glove. Or at least that is what I recall hearing while very drunk at uni and watching day time TV.

Quote from dadge :now she has a gash on her like a guatemala sinkhole. ROFL!!!

If genetics are to be believed the kid will be a big'en too, so it'll be like throwing a hotdog through space. xD

Quote from PMD9409 :I'm not saying it can't alittle, because I know it can. But when they think it'll go back to how it was a year ago, you've lost it.

The vajayjay will adjust to fit the current dong, a nicer fit increases the chances of getting preggo. Natures way of trying to make a baby also makes it more pleasurable.

Quote from PMD9409 :Some girls here think that's how it works. So they have all their fun now and when they take a "break" it will be back to normal again. How lost they are.

One of my old girlfriends would get tighter if you didn't slip it in for a couple of weeks. Go back to making a sweaty mess on the bed and she'd loosen up again, not so slack you could park a HGV in there, but you could feel the difference. Give it another couple of weeks and nice and tight again. Was strange, but pleasant all at the same time.

But that boat has set sail and now she is after kids with her current squeeze, so I suspect that'll ruin her downstairs.

I love my playground. Something about hooning a van makes me laugh every time. Even though B-pillar forward is all Escort Mk6 bits, you just know it is a van because of how the back end bounces around. xD

Quote from PMD9409 :Contradicting yourself a bit there.

RacerX needs to clear all this up, we obviously don't know conspiracies good enough to create our own.

Notice the use of the word "when", as in when they shut down enough sites and seize their cash they can roll around in a pool full of money.

Quote from RiseAgainstMe! :this is so far out there it's past Racer X territory. It doesn't even make sense on any level.

first off, 30 billion is ~0.000176470588% of 170 trillion. yeah, that's gonna do a whole lot

also, how is the US government even supposedly getting this money from the seizing? From the court case of tax evasion? Then that is supposed to be their money anyways, plus fines for breaking the ****ing law. IRS and FBI won't take anyone down until they are very sure they have a winnable case.

how could they seize FB? FB would have to be demonstrably breaking laws

Nah, it works for China, shut down anything you feel like and take their money. When you consider they have the fastest growing economy and are the greatest country when it comes to capitalism (who'd have though "communists" could pull that off?). Clearly we all have a lesson to learn from China.

Quote from DieKolkrabe :You're forgetting if they seize FB there'll be a huge PR backlash

When you're rich, you can do whatever you like. Who cares if the public isn't happy, you're rolling around in a swimming pool full of $100 notes.

That is your problem. Although the conditions were slick, you need momentum to travel through snow, especially uphill. It is hairy at times, but otherwise you'll get stuck.

Quote from RiseAgainstMe! :exactly how is this going to work?

This case will generate at least 3bn for the US gov't. The more sites/bank accounts they seize the more revenue they can generate to go towards the 170trillion debt. Facebook is worth a 30billion at least, if they seize Facebook, that is even more revenue.

Quote from Jakg :Unfortunately, I also bid on some 15" Subaru wheels with some snow tyres, and won those as well... so now i have to face giving up on winter wheels (which I really don't want to do), or give up on the brake upgrade (which I don't need, but wanted, and put a lot of work into).

Balls

EDIT - INB4 flames about the brakes.

You can either swap the brakes to smaller sets for winter and use the smaller wheels (not a problem if you can do the work yourself), get a huge set of steelies to wrap some winter rubber around or buy a winter beater and keep your 75 for the rest of the year.

And yeah, currently I can't get on full tilt.

You cannot predict the unexpected. I have seen a lot of nasty wrecks because a tyre let go, the last crash was because the driver didn't see some debris on the road which ripped off the whole front right quarter, sending him uncontrollably off the road.

I have no idea what caused him to not notice the debris, but all it takes is a small lapses of concentration and you find yourself under the wheels of a lorry.

Chances are you'll cover hundreds of thousands of miles and nothing goes wrong. But look at it like this, the guys in bomb squads can get lucky and defuse hundreds if not thousands of bombs without issue. Some will turn into pink mist first time in the field. It is dangerous business and you cannot predict what will happen.

Quote from Jakg :I dont think you'll get the rear bumper straight again, look at the distortion...

I don't think it'll be written off tho - it's a late 2004 diesel, which has a book of just over £3k.

By "gone" i meant "damaged beyond repair".

The hinges are probably fine, the boot line hasn't moved at all at the top. I'm guessing that either the catch has been distorted, or something worse.

The parcel shelf *could* of just been knocked out, but it could also imply that something has bent slightly.

And no, it wasn't her fault (although she has a lot of accidents which are). She was stationary, empty road in front (at a junction), van driver just assumed she was going to pull out so pulled away straight into the back of her.

And dear god your an internet expert...

That is a cheap and easy fix, the boot latch will be jammed hence it not opening, a simple bit of pry bar action will pop that bitch open. You'll need a new bumper and boot. Jobs a good'en. Maybe 20 minutes on a jig if the rear is stoved in, or 20 minutes down a scrap yard and a cutting disc. But that is back yard work, if insurance is paying that Fiesta is going to a bodyshop and a lot of shiny new bits. Sucks the be the van drivers insurance broker though.

Quote from R3DMAN :mine will never rust :P

As I recall Lotus used aluminium. Stay away from salt water, it ruins aluminium faster than it does steel. QEII was made of aluminium for weight saving reasons, it meant she spent more time in dry dock than it would if she was made of steel. Be especially cautious if there is any steel or iron in the mix, as that also turns aluminium to rust, which is what turns Land Rover Defenders to rust on a regular basis.
