P/GT and GTC is a pain in the arse having an irating about 4000, and makes absolutely 0 difference. It takes 4 or 5 wins in a row to gain another 100 (depending on SOF obviously) then 1 bad race loses 150 at a time.
Your game collection must be unbelievably boring if you care that much about 100% accurate physics. Remember LFS had elastic barriers for years?
Neither do I, weirdly enough. never need to wait more than 2 hours max, usually much less. Currently, I'm doing the 45 minute GTC races at odd hours, then Fixed Proto/GT races at even hours. Basically, I'm finishing a race and another one is already starting. If I wanted to, I could run the fixed trucks every hour, or the A class G6 races every 2 hours. Maximum waiting time between races is 4 hours, and that's only on series where it's very unlikely to get an official race most of the time anyway, like the L79.

Highlights of the first 2 rounds of both the oval and road DWC. The image quality was a bit dodgy, but MotorsTV doesn't exactly have the best image quality at the best of times. The broadcasters on iRacing just need to turn off the DOF effects, makes other cars look blurry.

Flicking through my TV this morning before I got out of bed and I spotted iRacing on MotorsTV! Pretty cool, pretty much just highlights of the DWC races. It can't be a bad thing that it's getting TV time, and it made it look really decent.
My phone got stuck doing the harlem shake, I really need to delete that tweak, keeps doing it all the time when I'm not expecting it. It's funny when it gets stuck though, doesn't fix itself until I reset the phone.

I really need to ask you this question, if you hate iRacing sooooo much that you say $10 a month is ridiculous expensive, why do you bother even opening this thread? Really, it's like you just really enjoy being a ****. Are you a child with no income? Do you smoke, drink, go to the cinema, go out for dinner or have any social life at all? Any of those things would cost you more than $10, and that's only 1 night.

Funnily enough, the appeal sided with me. Man, I really didn't see that coming.
Anyway, just done a 65 minute P/GT race, driving along nicely with a 30 second lead 60 minutes into the race when BAM! Landmine in Paddock Hill, engine was dying. It had to cut out at Dingle Dell on the last lap, leaving me to just coast to the finish line, but to lose the race win by 2 seconds. These landmines are a joke, I deliberately ran with my ride height higher because I had already hit one in practice (at a completely different bit of the track).

Funnily enough Mustangman, my voice chat was banned indefinitely in the same incident with Andy K ages ago, even though again I didn't have a mic or headset plugged in. To be honest, I've never used a mic/headset because yanks pretty much can't understand a word I say anyway.

But there's a difference between being slow and careful, to being 8 seconds per lap slower and weaving from side to side in a flat out corner while the leaders are trying to lap you. Funny thing about this incident is, Nim indefinitely banned my voice chat, so I pointed out how useless a **** he really is. My voice chat has been banned for a long time, so I've basically incriminated myself and will be getting my text chat removed also. Superspeedway races will be fun.

Was protested for this last night, what a joke. Proto/gt race round Brands, I had 10 incidents fair enough, 6 1x off tracks (par for the course for brands, less than most people had) and a single 4x at the last corner, fighting for the lead that we laughed about either.
Now obviously, some dickhead has taken offence to me mentioned that a guy was 8 seconds per lap off the pace, on a 1:11 lap, at the end of the race I mentioned this after the guy had already left the server. I was on pole, with the fastest Q time of the week, and I got caught off guard by a guy braking hard down to 3rd gear in a flat out 6th gear right hander. So I mentioned this at the end, in text chat.
What does nim do? With no evidence, and that shitty quoted paragraph up top, he removes my voice chat indefinitely. I have been patiently waiting to get my voice chat back for the last 6 months, after an incident with Andy Kitschertorete (however you spell the ****s shitty name, basically he was screaming abuse over voice chat, I leave the server and send him an abusive PM, and I get forum/PM and voice ban, and he get's **** all. Even though I deliberately didn't say a word in the server. Does this start to show how ****ed up the protest system is?) and to now get my voice chat banned indefinitely, for a single 1 sentence text chat at the end of the race, is really pissing me off. As much as I enjoy the racing, **** iRacing if that is how biased the officiating is.

Moyes is another long-term option. Him and Fergie are good pals, so Fergie will no doubt have hand picked him, and will no doubt stay on as some sort of director of football to babysit him for a year or 2.

Corner before the back straight is where he did the dive. I said exactly the same thing, he had a nearly 10 second lead at the time and nearly ruined his own race instead of losing half a second.
Done my first race in the C6R today for ages, and wow. I've already done my 4 races in the HPD and sitting top in points (for now), so i fancied racing the GT. Man, every single HPD driver should have to do races in the GT cars first. Me and another C6 driver having a nice battle for the win. Leading HPD comes up, tries to stuff it down the inside from miles back, gets pissed off that I took a racing line then stuffs it down the inside on the next corner. Of course, he broke far too late, slid wide and tapped me. Then gets on the text chat with "waaahh you gave me a 4x blah blah blah". Lukas Johnson, if you're on this forum you're a prick.

All I do when I'm driving the HPD is slow down going into the corner, cut inside and overtake on the exit. Easy peasy, never any problems, and I must be doing something right. No wonder GT drivers hate HPD drivers. At least I still won the C6 race, but I'm embarrased that wankers like this Lukas give HPD drivers like me a bad name.
