Duval is a total cock any time I've had the displeasure of meeting him in a race, but I didn't see any problem with his driving there, just Gangi being an even bigger cock.
It's been down today more than it's been up. I've been on and off all day, usually I do a few laps then leave a session and the membersite is down again.
Was getting terrible framerate issues since the new build, but have only just realised that it's the Trading Paints program doing it. If anyone is having FPS issues try getting rid of the TP program and see if it helps you. I've sent Steve Luvender a message with all the details so hopefully it can be fixed.
Absolutely underwhelming to the max, hopefully the tyre updates help, but since the tyres are still going to be fastest when cold and have very strange behaviour at operating temp because of that, it looks like I'l be taking 3 months off.
Pretty much half the time I go onto iRacing now I see that screen, there's always some problem or another, the other day apparently there was a "firewall" problem that took it down for a couple of hours. Honestly, they have more downtime than those dodgy free webhosts.
Fair enough they need to cover licensing costs, but never in a million years will I spend the $12 just for a ford sticker on the front of my A car instead of a Chevy sticker.
I suggest doing the usual Malwarebytes/Spybot S&D/combofix scans in safe mode, would have to be pretty good to dodge that. Then, start using MSE for anti-virus.
Couldn't do better than 20.6 in Q, annoyed at myself. Just missed out on the top split race too, 54 people signed up and split it into 3, just dropping me into the 2nd split. 52 drivers and I would have made the first split, but shit happens. Had a great race in the 2nd split, finished 3rd and got a great haul of points. This L79 is tons of fun, mainly because I've never been as close to the sharp end .
Anyone who hasn't yet, sign up to the CTC and start racing in this series, it's brilliant.
I am, it really is mental at this track, every time I go over a crest the back steps out on me. Got down to a 20.3 in testing, if I can get into the 19's I'll be chuffed.
To be honest, that lifting off over eau-rouge happens because of the netcode, people have told me I was doing it before on their screens, and they were doing it on mine.
Also, from my experience the Aussies either try to fit in races at euro/US hours or they drive the V8 supercar.
Price fixing implies they're working with the competition to fix prices. They can set their own prices to whatever they want, and plenty of people are paying it.
After the last build I drifted pretty much the full track at Laguna in the Mustang, probably could do so at Okayama too. It feels a lot easier to drift now.
