Quote from Racer X NZ :The US people are clearly completely disinterested in legality, ethics, morals, or anything other than 'Shopping and Eating, preferably at the same time' to quote George Carlin.

Quote from TexasLTU :Some will be excited about Mercedes next year - I mean 70% of McLaren fans which are mostly teens and likes Diddy Yo Lewis fo' his rap style drivin' while Rihanna and otha hommies 'nd old bloke Dennis is in da boxes.

Fair enough for me - I'm glad to see McLaren cleaning up after 5 years of nonsense with that Ron Dennis hatched chicken who couldn't drive shite without Alonso's setups, not to forget telling his saviour to "piss off" in Hungary, pretending to be next Senna, lying for stewards, also winning 08 WDC just because great talent of Timo Glock... I don't know, we will see how he proves himself as the only racer in the grid near Rosberg in the team. Or will he weep just like in 09 with no good car?

Quote from jmeade :As a casual group of 2 university students (one writing a thesis and one working 2 jobs on the side), and 2 guys with full time careers (I am working 80 hours a week right now), We are honoured to be racing at this level under a sanctioning body of such professionalism. Before this, I raced with a casual Nascar 2003 league and won 8 championsips in 6 years. I would rather be a backmarker here, at the top level of sim racing, as opposed to cake walking amongst other casual racers.

Best of luck to the other teams in whatever direction they go from here and massive props to NDR. We look forward to where we go next under the NDR banner.

An Old Friend Returns to CoRe Racing

It was a bit more than two years ago that Rubén Blasco (aka Ruben_Drifter) first joined CoRe Racing. Though he left some time later to help build the Spanish Lanzarote Racing Team up to international competition caliber, he's ready to return to CoRe. We couldn't be happier about that.

Now 18 years old, Rubén is a bit wiser, a bit more experienced, and a bit hungrier to prove himself in international competition. We can't wait to see what he can do for us in our endurance racing and open wheel programs. As before, Rubén will race with the number 94 and the name CoRe R.Blasco. Welcome back, Rubén!

Quote from Cornys :Yes, I'm talking about the oval events more than the road events because I've never been to a road event before. From the stands it's very hard to follow an IndyCar race on an oval because the car numbers are hard to identify in order to keep up with the race on the pylon. (Kentucky 2011)

As far as the road events go I'm sure that IndyCar beats most series' due to their speed and relative openness in pit passes and the number of people and such. When it comes to the ovals though IndyCar would be very difficult to follow for a casual fan let alone a first time race attender. It may be different at tracks other than Kentucky though

If you've watched more than one race in a season I can't imagine having a hard time following a race. The cars have pretty distinctive color schemes. I guess that doesn't translate to the pylon, but surely knowing a few of the cars you could figure it out.

Quote from flymike91 :We can't talk about his policies because the first argument out of liberals' mouths is that you're a racist if you dislike Obama and his policies. Liberals use this deflection to avoid talking about the economy so that they can change the topic to social issues instead.

Get back to me when you're not leaning on a liberal strawman.

And Obama is a moderate, you moron. Fiscally a bit right of center, socially a bit left.

You've said plenty of other things to give people reasonable cause to suspect you're racist. It wasn't your distaste for Obama's policies.
