.....these guys really do some crazy 'conversions'.....putting a 1100 Honda Engine in a two seater kart.....just NUTS, but it seems to be HUGE FUN!!!!!
.....without multiplayer in the demo I can't judge how the multiplayer will be in the full version.....does not really encourage me to buy a title that is designed to be a (almost) multiplayer-only sim.....
....of course I will buy it.....as I almost buy anything that gets released illepall
.....okay....I give up....this sentence is too much for my little brain
Everyone repeate: NÜRBURGRING NORDSCHLEIFE
About the Topic?
I think when LFS is finished it might be cool to have it opened a tiny bit so stuff could be designed and then be authorized by the Devs (or some people chosen by them) to implementation into the game.....so there might be some LFS-Quality-Seal for Add-Ons.....
.....and somehow I like the idea of a race series that gives the teams some rules.....and then they design their cars according to these rules.....I WANT MY GROUP C RACING!!!!!!!
Lord.....there is so much that MIGHT be possible in the future......guess we will have to wait
I own Forza as well as GT4 and talking about fun and realism.....Forza wins hands down.....the driving is by far more challenging and even though the visual quality might not quite match the bling bling of GT4 the immersion is still better.....I think its the best you can get on a console at the moment.....
So my answer to the topic-starter.....Yes.....Forza IS a good diversion for LFS
But it will be the same as with any other game, still.....you will come back to LFS
Best Sim: LFS
Best Physics: LFS
Best Graphics: GTL
Best Sound: GTL
Best Multiplayer: LFS
Most Editable: rFactor
Surprise: LFS
Most Promising: netKar Pro
Best Add-on: Redline GTP
Flat-Tire: rFactor
.....and its not only the weight.....its also if the driver is sitting on the right or on the left side.....thats why I change the side depending on the track.....and YES I always drive cockpit view
BTW.....its good fun to take the UF 1000 make a silly soft and bouncy set and then put in the driver and one passenger who sits right behind the driver.....this way the car gets unbalanced and can be rolled pretty easy.....just for FUN
The great thing about LFS is that you will continue to experience these great moments.....they even get better the better your driving gets.....going through 3-4-5 corners side by side with an opponent is simply so amazing
.....and if you say it sounds like 'sh*t' I think you've got no clue
CU, Sebastian
PS: Just did a comparison.....I was right
PPS: I honestly believe LFS WILL sound that good
PPPPPPPPPS: Just watched that first vid again.....that simply does not sound like a racing engine.....this is just a tuned street-car.....does not fit the XRR at all.....or did you ever hear an FIA GT race car sound that 'civilised'? Same goes for that drag vid.....not my taste.....
It's always a good idea to pick up some replays at http://www.lfsworld.net/ and study the lines and techniques of the fast guys.....
Try to find some drivers that drive smooth....I think MacEST is always a fine choice
Totally fine with me as long as the complaints are reasonable.....there is the difference.....
Your complaints - Mostly reasonable.....
Delerue complaints - NO COMMENT.....
Maybe it's not so much about the 'content' but about the 'form'.....His way of presenting his thought - even if he has some valid points - is just far off

PS: I think I should stop spamming this thread
PPS: I LUV THAT SMILEY
Edit - @Nick_II - I can ensure you that some of the worst 'fanboys' of LFS are - at the same time - the most heated critics.....just as KiD said in his post.....far from telling the Dev that 'LFS is marvelous and everything is perfect'
