A friend of mine dabbles in a bit of photography and he was telling me that in the manual for his camera, it states that prolonged video recording (10+ minutes) could burn/damage the sensor. Could be just his model of camera.

My first ever Drum and Bass mix. I think it's good. Twisted Problem Child

sweet. I was going to suggest (last resort) buying a mod if you can't get the pot. Or asking someone who has modded their pedals if they no longer require the unused pots.

correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't recording video (for more than 10 minutes) on a camera like yours could actually burn out the sensor?

I think that due to the unplanned move from one server to another, some things have been messed up. If you know you've paid, and franky knows you've paid, don't worry about the automated messages. Unless it starts to affect your servers.

Quote from Matrixi :I've been thinking about getting a Samson C03U, any of you got experience with one? My sound card is pretty decent itself, so I'm not sure is a USB mic the best way to go..
[/IMG]

I bought the behringer C1-U (USB) and it's a great mic. The signal is really low though. Behringer say it allows for more head room, but I think that's an excuse. When I record with it, I have to add so much volume to boost the playback.
I would recommend getting a condensor mic in XLR flavour and use a simple mixing board with phantom power. you will get much better results.

As me and the wife headed off on a romantic holiday we talked about what kinky things we'd like to do to each other.

She said, "I've always wanted to be handcuffed."

So I planted a kilo of coke in her suitcase.

Quote from thisnameistaken :Tyres can heal themselves quite quickly and should be able to fully recover from 10 donuts within just a few weeks.

I thought you had to do the same amount of burnouts in reverse.

it's a stupid question. "will burning rubber wear my tyres out quicker?" Have a little think about it.

I made a nice soulful house mix earlier. Give it a whirl if you fancy some smooth basslines.

Quote from G!NhO :You can not make a good sentence with that many comma's.

That depends. Was his goal to write a "good sentence". Or was his goal to simply communicate? I understood everything he wrote.
