Had two pretty nice races. Qualed 3rd behind the two 3id's, which was kinda expected. Stayed third through the whole race, having some nice moments with Rik. Didn't manage to pass him though.
Feature race was a bit different, started 7th (iirc) and got through cleanely until the final turn in lap one where i got spun around and ended last almost burning my clutch. I then started to work my way up the field and ended up 5th in the end. Very happy with that result after the accident in lap one. The champ. standings should be quite interesting to look at before the final race
I did not have to reconnect, i just pressed shift-n and it was back to normal. However, very strange that everyone on the server lost the sound at the same time.
Thank you BeanO. Will try it when i'm home later today I'll let you know if it worked or not.
EDIT: It didn't work Still the same amount of "no reply" servers. I can't seem to re-enable the auto tuning with the description you gave me either beano, it just says "the parameter is incorrect" when i type "netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=enabled".
I now tested connecting to the server list at my school with my laptop and it works as it should here....I guess my problem is either my modem or my isp then.
It started after the UDP option was implemented, and i have the same problem on both my laptop and my stationary. Both Win7 32 bit.
However, in difference to Aly, i'm able to join the hosts via the "Join specific host", even though it doesent show in the connection list (i get "no reply" from about 100 hosts, with TCP set to "yes"). I'm using a Inteno X5668 router. I have no clue on port forwarding and such, so if this is the problem i could use some help
Btw, I have tried turning off my firewall without any luck.
Tested it on my Acer laptop with W7 32 bit. Worked great. However, on my stationary (W7 32 bit), LFS doesent show up in the Add/remove programs list. I did install it on top of an older install of LFS (not my primary one). Can this have something to do with it?
Enjoyed both of the races. Had a little coming together with Kenneth in race one, but shit happends. Was a race incident. Managed third in sprint after Kenneth specced (why??). Got a early lead in the main, and stayed there all race through, just taking it easy with just enough speed to keep the 3id guys behind me
Not bad at all! Very nice for a first timer with wheel. But as Fuse pointed out, you brake far too early. Just some more praccy at that part, and youll be good to go
And sorry for pointing this out but...that music made my ears bleed
Sprint race went fine, but Kenneth was just too fast, and i didn't get into a rythm. Feature race was shit though. Spun about 5 times i think, and the position was thereafter...But good too se so "many" showing up
Here are some replays. I don't know if they are complete, as i don't have the right patch to watch them with atm. You'll have to go through them There should be the replays from the tryout and winter special events as well.
