Well this is a rally onboard from here in Ireland from the well known Killarney International Rally.. Craig Breen holds a LFS account (craig12345) but isn't too acitve.. He used to do karting and now has the new Ford Fiesta S200 pictured here.

He is really after kicking off his rally career in Ireland with alot of people recognizing him and even challenging the WRC cars!

Take a look at this awesome video.

Yeah as stated before with the website, stupid useless domain+hosting company that was recommended to me.. No customer support or anything which is a joke. If you wanna know who just PM me as it'd be wrong to say the name. I didn't notice the OP still had .net, but yeah I'll fix that. http://www.ministryofspeed.eu is working as normal.

And welcome again Kladdy!

Nice going Nick, any chance you could show me the calendar? I will be going to a couple of European events this year watching Eoin Murray in the Seat Supercopa championship and sometimes they support World Series by Renault(they did last year at Portimao)..
I'm pretty sure I will be heading over to Portimao in the Algarve again this year to watch him and they are supporting the WTCC there this year.. Will you be racing there?

Great to see the LFS'ers doing well in real life.

Quote from Fuse5 :there has been no notice of the team closing.
Its just the usual dealio, motivation at an all-time low, since there isn't anything new in LFS.

Quote from BigTime :To strengthen the editorial needs of the team, ineX Racing has acquired the valuable assets of Demetrius Adelin. Demetrius has previously been releasing articles independently and has also been there to help a few other sim racing teams. He has several years of experience when it comes to the simulation racing world, and has also taken part in a few racing events. The young romanian is a major car fanatic who will eventually start drifting and do some hill climbing on an amateur level. He is also spending lot of his time at the cinema to support his plans on doing cinematographic art in the future.

As editor, Demetrius will concentrate on writing the Live For Speed related news and articles in the beginning. He will also assist publishing all the other writable content including iRacing, rFactor, and general team news.

We are happy to welcome him into the team, and look forward to his future reports for ineX Racing!

Who wrote that? Good luck, he's a good guy

GTAL Victory

Ministry of Speed took victory at Aston's Historic Reversed layout in the six hour race of GTAL. Despite taking the flag with almost a twenty second cushion over the nearest challenger it didn't come without it's challenges. Joe Holmes and Timo Höfer lined up for Ministry of Speed alongside Marek. Joe took to the start line after a tough penalty during quallifying saw Ministry of Speed start twenty-sixth position on the grid. Regardless of the back row start Joe had a tremendous stint and found himself in fourth position. Ministry of Speed rapidly closed the gap to front runner's in a short period of time before a Drive Through Penalty was awarded for speeding in pitlane. On serving the penalty, disaster struck twice as Marek edged the pitlane speed limit by one km/h to get another Drive Through Penalty just one lap later. Despite the huge set back of two Drive Through's we were thankfully rescued by a Safety Car period. Given the opportunity we didn't disappoint as entering the sixth and final hour of the race we were comfortably in the lead with Joe again in the driver seat. Joe piloted the car home after a tough six hour's taking the top step on the podium eighteen seconds ahead of E-Team in second place.
The seventh and final round of the GTAL season will commence at the beginning of May with a twelve hour race at Kyoto National. We hope to push for another victory in the final round.

After two rounds completed in the 2010 IGTC season, Ministry of Speed can look back on the first two rounds with a satisfied view after our top ten finishes at both events leaving Ministry of Speed eight in the points standings just three points back from spdoRacing in fifth place. We are looking forward to round three at Aston North on May 15th, where we feel a charge for the podium is within sights.

Well guys, some of you may play rFactor and as you may know there is a new project that they setup called Simraceway. It is free to join and also offers a "pro Membership" for $5 +- per month. With your free membership you can enter into challenge/hotlap absolutley free of charge with the top 10 drivers winning $5 each which is appealing to alot of people.
Eimantas (oldnavy), the leader of simracing.lt brought the idea to the guys at Simraceway about developing and Live for Speed based Simraceway with the concept to run leagues with prize money on offer for top 10 drivers etc.
With everybody criticizing the development speed of LFS I think it would be a good way to boost LFS and the community.

Do you think this would be a success and would you support it? If not, why? And what could try be improved etc for it to work?

If you do support it, show your support to the developers of Simraceway here.
