Thanks... but no thanks!

I couldn't care less if a track (or car) exists irl, as long as it's quality work and fun to drive.

Do so, you won't regret it. Well, maybe you will sorta miss the life you had before you did, but hey, everything has it's price. :nerd:

Yeah, I think this is a good idea.

I don't think "someone" forgot to put it there. There's just not enough space for it there - and no need for it either. The car names can be helpful, especially when you're new to lfs, but even a complete noob can see that the helmet is a helmet is a helmet, don't you think?

Quote from BigLouieG :Does anyone nows if the new ATI 6.1 works fine on LFS?

I don't, and I have no plans finding out since the 5.10 drivers work fine here. Funny to see how the "Known Issues" list is - once again - like three times as long as the "Issues Resolved" list. :twirl:

Quote from seinfeld :...heaps of ppl lag out all the time due to un otimized net code...

LFS has the best netcode I have seen in a game/sim so far. Go and play GTR online to see what "un optimized" netcode looks/feels like.

Quote from SatCP :I don't like it when there are tons of sponsors all over the car :P

Same here. Nice skin, SatCP!

Quote from huxorator :1. Install MOMO drivers for Windows (only if Win doesn't recognize by itself)
2. Enter LFS, Options, Controls -> Choose wheel and assign functions to the axis etc.
3. Drive a new WR.

#3 is optional though...

Quote from Bob Smith :Don't worry, nobody clicks on links in signatures, some don't even read them. Makes you wonder why we bother with them at all really...

And some don't even wanna see them. "Show Signatures" is turned off here.

Quote from SamH :I'd REALLY like to see, in LFS, sponsorship from real companies on the billboards around the track.

I sure don't. But even if there was... not a problem. I could easily get rid of it.

Funny idea, indeed. But, please, let's call it Carball and not Soccar... :duck:

Quote from www.ati.com :Installing a new driver is only recommended if you are having issues with your ATI product.

Says it all, doesn't it? As always, the list of
"Known Issues" is just as long as the "Issues Resolved" list (see release notes).
