Can this be lower?

In 60 seconds i can do much more than type one post. Wanted to do some comments on car mods that i saw being raced on FM Mods Junkies, in 60 seconds i can easily put comments on 5-6 cars.

I think this is an anti-bot measure. It does seem a little high, but I'm not sure if there is a good reason for that.

I guess it is, but i wonder if something like 20s would not be enough
