Try to rotate the phone 90 degrees, into 'LANDSCAPE' mode as I made it in the video.
Any chance you can make the gyro on it control the gas/brake ?

It doesn't need the gyro, just the "Z" component of the accelerometer. But it's not that simple. For this, I need to write a virtual device driver (ex: joystick), because with this method I just simulate the mouse and the keyboard, and the keyboard can't perceives transitions. I'm working on it for other games, too, so maybe ...
so mb u can add "ffb" as vibro? its would be great

Perhaps instead of writing your own driver you could use PPJoy and create a virtual joystick that way. Alternatively you could use a proxy dinput8.dll, override GetDeviceState() and adjust input from mouse on the fly - this would be a rather obnoxious way to do this though.
Sounds like good fun, unfortunately it force closes on my Nexus 7, oh well
Does not work on nexus s
