What an awesome analogy

You can break the speedlimit, it's just a matter of how much you are going to get away with. For example the DSR radar things the police use has an error margin of 3 kmph. And that's only the technology limitation, in both cases the actual judging is done by men so you can imagine the inconsistency in similar situations.
