I don't get why #32 received 1 lap penalty after race. They have been penalized for incorrect number plate, so according to the qualyfing results driver credited with their qualifying time was K. Kalemba, not M. Razik.
I do not see any rule which prohibits spectating from a dangerous situation (in our case, lying on the roof) in the race, therefore, there is no rule for deduct us 10 points. (also the NDR Sporting Code does not suggest a 10-Point penalty for spectating) According to that, if there is no rule against this procedure of us, there is no right to deduct us 10 points.
Hardly, you were off the track and sat there for a bit before you pitted
The 4 cars following managed to get through with little or no mayhem while #28 was still on the track, #19 was in the pits, and #3 entered turn one about 35 seconds later. I'm pretty sure the yellow would have been waved in that 35 seconds.
I suppose we could thank you for avoiding restart mayhem. Thanks.
hardly still early enough to have avoided the mayhem
The 4 cars most closely following made it through safely. The next car to pass that position after the spec, was #03, well over 30 seconds later. I'd be willing to bet that the safety car would have been called in that 30 seconds.
Car 18 flipped in the same position, not much mayhem then, either.

You have selectively quoted the qualifying rule. This is race. There is not under any circumstances during the race session a legal telepitting without permission from race direction.
This rule has been in force last season in GTAL, also for the last year and a half for almost all of our major series.
The penalty cannot be appealed any longer, the appeal window has passed.
The rule was violated, the rule is not incorrect, the enforcement was not incorrect.
It does not matter if it takes us 30 seconds or 30 minutes to tell your car to spectate in the race, you MUST wait for us to tell you to or you'll get penalized.
