The online racing simulator
Do we have a link for the broadcast stream yet? I was hoping to be able to share it with a couple of friends so they can tune in wherever they may be in the world.
multibc stream 2.
You MUST be in BOTH servers by 20 past or you may lose your grid place and be moved to the back of the grid.
why wasn't yellow flag, and sc when somebody crashed me?
Because no one else was in danger, you were at the back and into the pits before the field came back past.
ok i must see replay, i was on 12th place, when was this crash.. must see other crashes with sc. then i understand.. thanks
Lap AND Timecode of incident: Something after 150
Cars involved: 31, UPC - Czech ISP
Brief Description of incident: UPC downloads big amount of porn which causes car 31 to disconnect and completely lose its LFS motivation.

sorry to engel for bumping you and the seb to take you out (did i?) :|
#35 - CSF
You weaved :| Then your puncture. :| :| :| :| :|
Massive thanks to the admins and a special mention to Deko, so much effort put in.. amazing

Cheers guys, next year ill do the double to make up for this one
Loved this race so much guys! The start was just magic, expected some big pile-up but everyone went clean somehow. The few laps after the start were just epic! Decided to keep myself away from any draft during the 1st half of the race as I knew that taking risks at that point of the race was just pointless. Strange fact: my fastest lap while being alone on track was .93, three hundedths faster than the pole, thanks to the wind! The rest of the race was a lot messier for me: caused 2 cautions, after 2 very noobish mistakes, fortunately without taking any other people. The first one was caused as I was waiving to try to make my teammate understand that I didn't want to draft(we weren't on the same Vent channel). I just forgot that this kind of things was no-go on oval sets, and therefore I span. My tyres were so hot after this so I was sliding a lot at T3, so d deployed the SC, and I lost a lap. The second was because I hit the apron at T1 and span a few tens of laps after, as I was surprised of a sa| car trying to pass me on the outside. Anyway, I began to fight like mad to get the first place of the group of the lapped cars around 50 laps to go. It was a massive scrap, and finally I got 11th around lap 255. Unfortunately my internet decided to die a few laps later under SC. Game over, at only 13 laps to go.

Anyway, thanks so much to d and NDR for the organisation. It was just an awesome event. I can't recall of any virtual event that pushed my body to its limit that much(except the Kyoto 250 perhaps). I just feel exhausted after this, and this feeling is a lot more important than the disappointement of not seeing the chequered flag. Bring on 2011 anyway
Longest two green flag runs were 47 and 36 laps, pretty good I have to say. It was still the longest Kyoto 500 by about half a minute. The first half of the race had 6 SCs, the second half had 10 though. Less SCs than the Kyoto 250 in double the amount of laps.

meh
Grats Liane - nice to see you're good at real racing rather than just RLB
I'm pretty heartbroken...but I would have to say that this was one of the most enjoyable event I've ever participated. To quote yann the first section of the race was magic. Absolutely magic.

Like Liane, Oscar and I were on a 1 stop strategy and the three of us was golden. It's a shame for our time outs at the front of the grid...but that's life I guess. Everyone was at their absolute best today (from my perspective). Great driving from all the drivers.

Great work deko and the admins. I will be looking forward to the 2011 K250 and K500
Useless Statistics:

Official Race Time: 3:27:40.82
Average Speed: 143.3942 mph

Slowest Race in Kyoto 500 history.

Green flag flew 14 seconds earlier than planned, mostly due to SC going too fast too early.

First Race in Kyoto 500 history where polesitter took green flag.

First Race in Kyoto 500 history with no Lap 1 Safety Car Deployment.

Highest amount of finishers with 17 cars finishing (63% of starting cars).
Second higest was 2009, with 13 cars finishing (43% of starting cars).
Third highest was 2008, with 8 cars finishing (42% of starting cars).

I'll find some more useless stats later.

I can sense that this was probably the most competitive 500 in history, seemed to me like there were many drivers who were fighting up top at one point or another.

Anyway, I'm glad that I'm done with shouting at oval races for the year.
Oh Deko you know you miss yelling at all of us in vent.

Again Congrats to Seb. It was fun coming through the field with you. Have to say that was a blast to drive in today.

Again want to thank Deko and the Crew of NDR for putting on a fun event. And a fun month leading up to the race with all the mini races leading up.

Also now I can get CSF off my back about lagging out of last years 500.

Now on to the rest of the LFSCART season.

Edit: Also want to thank Havoc letting Seb and me hide in your vent channel. And sorry to Ryan, Roger, Ray, Raymond, whatever his name is.... haha sorry Randy, i'll get your name right one day.

i looking at replay

time around 11:55 lap 16, car 03, cars J.Young, J.Wang and other was in danger, i was NOT on last place (10 - 11 place)

still don't understand why didn't have chance to repair and drive in the same lap as others..

the same situation:

time 13:29 car 30, some cars was in danger, but nobody hit him, when SC was called he was on last place and nobody else was in danger..

Please admins, no offence, you make a big job, but i didn't feel big difference. Car 30 stay on track, i on the grass, but some cars was in danger after crash in my situation, and in situation with car 30..
That has to be one of the most fun things I have done in lfs so far. The first few laps were epic and to actually lead the race for a short period for me was . It was a damn shame that real life got in the way and I had to retire.

Thanks again to deko and the whole team because without your passion it wouldn't have been half the event it was.
I'm very happy with my finish position and also got my hope for my ISP back, didn't expected me to really finish. Just sorry for some of accidents i might have caused, especially to no. 41 and 23.

Thanks to deko and his team, everything was absoutely well done, you all deserve a medal.
Quote from Raven88 :And sorry to Ryan, Roger, Ray, Raymond, whatever his name is.... haha sorry Randy, i'll get your name right one day.

Haha, I laughed at that

And on a more serious note, this:

Quote from Raven88 :Again want to thank Deko and the Crew of NDR for putting on a fun event. And a fun month leading up to the race with all the mini races leading up.

What a race, i enjoyed it, finisht it, and im very happy about my final result considering that ive started from back of the field.
Thx To all NDR crew for making this race one of the must enjoyeble that i had in lfs so far.
Also congrat to seb and Podium finishers

Quote from Kid222 : Just sorry for some of accidents i might have caused, especially to no. 41 and 23.
