I'm impressed that people still continue to ask for new cars and wondering if some improvements will be implemented on cars in the game. Don't you see that the development of this game stopped? Months, years to take minor updates... that makes me sad...

I think like the one who started this thread, Californian, it looks (I say, it looks) like devs abandoned the developing of LFS or atleast they don't work as it would be. Scawen, Why not to give everybody the possibility to make our own cars and tracks? If you want to work at your own pace, ok, but atleast, let us make the game funnier by installing mods, like rFactor users do, like ROR users do, etc... in this way, people will stop asking for Scirocco and new content, and you will work at your own pace without any complaint on the forum. The most important is, that more people will join the game and more people will still playing the game.

Not doing this, it looks like devs want to make us abandon the game... well, if a developer of a game wants people still playing his game by a long time, that developer will give the comunity something to maintain the game alive, to not get boring with always the same tracks and the same cars.

We love your work, your game, the simulator that you have made, that's why we paid for it, but atleast give us an incentive, something to have more variety to play... Still woriking on the S3, but let us add our own mods and stop ignoring us.

I don't play LFS for many time ago, I always loved it, played with 2 friends from years... but there are few improvements and it goes very slow to every upgrade, many people get bored, however I look the forum ocasionally looking for updates, but this is not serious, looks a joke... what I think is, LFS Devs have things more important to do that this game, while all you still waiting for S3 and believing that it will be released soon with the VW Scirocco, there are other games that advance faster than LFS, like rFactor, So? the point of this is, I think that LFS is dying from some time ago.

Yes, there are many racers that still joining the servers and playing races as always, but not so much people like can have any other sim that receives more attention on its upgrades. That's my opinion...

"Drive anywhere" will be the heaven for "cruise" drivers lol. And barriers bug... nice .

I can understand that it's not easy, that's why I do not comment much about it, that it's not good to devs to see people saying all time what's going on with updates... but really, it's not normal... How can take so long? months, and months, and months... some progress report every 3 months... and really nothing new... sadly there's many people that leaves LFS, for having the same content, bugs etc, from years ago... I only play ocasionally like many people because it's the same from time ago, it's the best tyres physics simulator that I have ever seen, but for how much time? I understand devs, but I understand too the racers that want an update with changes... you can't "promise" updates, and not update it in months... that's basically, the mistake... I hope it will be done soon, otherwise, LFS will be a nice Sim, but there will be other better and updated that would take all LFS racers...

It's easier, like I said, when it didn't let me move, I was out of the server.

The computer runs perfect, LFS it's not freeze, it's like loading to go back to the main menu, but it doesn't leave the status of "leaving to the main menu", it's not so difficult to understand , it's like when there's lag when somebody is entering the server and you want to pit, your computer and LFS are not freeze, but it doesn't move and you can't do anything... so you have just to wait the player joins, but that was not my problem, mine was that I spectate and it gets in that status when lose the conection to the server, "I am going to spectate, but not..." and doesn't move, so, bug. That's why I report it here

Is "for a while" something like 10 minutes, 20 minutes... and the game doesn't gets you to the main menú? the bug that I point, is that there's no way to leave the game... that is a bug from the game, not only for lag

Perfect, good news. Some progress report is what we need while you work on it. And now please, do not take too long to release it, remember what happened with Scirocco when you announced it. Do not announce something that can take too long to release , people became crazy . By the way, do not release S3 before February, otherwise I have to invite everybody to a beer.... hehehe.

Well, I was racing in a server, and decide to leave, so pit, spectate... nop, it does not spectate , so I get this and a message saying that I lost connection to the server... and can't leave LFS (I tried to imitate the German boy with the keyboard, but it didn't result ):

A time ago people was all time asking for Scirocco, Scawen announced the developing of the new tyre physics and now people is asking for the new tyres physics and Scirocco, or some news... and I admit, that I ask it to myself sometimes .

I have the same problem, my G25 is a bit more than 2 years old and never had any problem... the throttle started spiking about 2 days ago, I watched the brake too, and it do the same, but only a bit, so, Is there any manual with pictures to clean it of dust and dirt? It would be more helpfull . It looks a normal issue on G25 wheels... by the way, I can't understand how can people broke the shifter or pedals... maybe "Sparta" effect...

I think that LFS Devs would lose much money doing that... because not everybody likes sims like LFS (normally, people preffer NFS.... or arcade games) it's better online, at the moment...
