Quote from dmaxforty_ams :0.7E (or whatever it'll be called) will have lots of new features, such as AI support for bikes, improved AI, very improved support for mods...
Unfortunately, 0.7E won't contain the new graphics or physics that all we are waiting for.

However, it is a rather big update even without the major graphics and physics overhaul that will be (hopefully) coming next year.

As versiu said, check the test patch forum for more information.

Next year! You mean 2024? (i know that the devs are doing a lot of work, tbh the bike AI and the mod support AND the pop up headlights are significant updates)

Ok thanks for the info. [ Quote from Scawen :
If there are a few that go OOS, it's probably not worth me investigating them. It's almost miraculous with all the changes, that D50 can still be semi-compatible with the D version. The best solution is for us to release 0.7E ASAP. This is expected to be around two weeks.

What features is LFS 0.7E gonna have (and when is it coming out?)

Does anyone have any idea about what features is LFS 0.7E gonna have? Will it contain the new graphics or the new physics system? Uhmm I have heard that it is coming out soon (3 - 4 weeks).

If it doesn't have any of those when is the new graphics or physics update coming ( any estimate )?

Quote from Johnners :Here's an example plot produced using McLaren ATLAS Express and a CSV file generated using the OutSim data:
- Top area shows the sim-reported slip angles.
- Middle area shows steering wheel angle (solid orange) and car yaw angle (dotted orange).
- Bottom area shows slip angles computed using a technique originally developed by Todd Wasson, which is useful for sims that don't directly report slip angles in their telemetry stream. Two values are shown per tyre, one (name suffix CSV) was computed in real time during telemetry capture and the other computed offline during the Atlas session.

Vehicle is the MRT5 driven at the skid pad. It's initially driving a counter-clockwise lap on the 100 meter diameter circle, then it does a fast full left lock turnaround, rejoins the circle and continues on a clockwise lap.

Also attached are annotated copies of the OutSimPack and Car_info.bin documentation showing base addresses for all the data items, which I found very helpful when developing my telemetry capture program.

This is a great piece of work Scawen. Many thanks for releasing it to us.

How do i enable this telemetry? How can I see this data, I am so confused. (sorry if I missed anything)

There isn't really a launch control in this game. All you have is traction control Shrug

Hey, I just tested the D44 version and it seems all good except for the dust that is kicked up while driving on rallycross courses (or dirt) seems a little weird and off. The dust color doesn't really match the color of the ground (or dirt)

When I try to add new gauges to LFS cars the speedos and tachometers are oversized and don't fit the car's dashboards

Is there any fix for this?
I am using LFS 0.6T and Lazy version is Version 103 26 Dec 2021
