trust me for the price and what you need them for you can go wrong with the z 5500s. they support dts/dolby digital pro logic 2 and are thx certified what more could you want really?

its totally up to you i just dont think its worth spending any more money on speakers that you only want for pc/tv 5.1 what i would do is just buy the z 5500s and if you dont like them (which i think you will like them) you could just blow them up and logitech will give your money back or supply you with another set.

but im saying if you want good 5.1 speakers for under $1000 AUD i wouldnt bother with any home entertainment systems as they arnt as powerfull or as loud and the quality isnt as good as the z 5500s.

but.. before everyone tells me that the z 5500s are crap and not as good as home entertainment systems i havent come across any systems as good as the z 5500s for the price so if you know of any systems better for the price let me know thankyou lol.

but yea if you could afford more then i would look at buying some speakers and hooking them upto an amp/receiver and idk i thought a 10 inch subwoofer would be enough in z 5500 but if you want yea buy some speakers and a bigger sub and hook it upto an amp/reciever

i have them and i have to say you wont be upset with them at all.
they are great clear sound,mad bass that will get your whole house shaking and make everything in your room full over lol. it is a 10 inch subwoofer with 2 front speakers 2 rear speakers a center speaker and digital control pad that comes with a remote if you are too lazy to press the control pad buttons lol.
trust me you wont be sorry.
and for tv use like movies and games its great they are thx certified like cinima speakers and also have dts and dolby digital pro logic 2.

when your playing video games say if your blowing something up the bass will shake everything and its like being there.

and for music you cant go wrong. its great for all sorts of music but me personally i like techno trance dance and you can really feel the beats through your body.
have a think about it they wont let you down.
also i picked mine up for $400 australian.

last month i did a skid pan day with the local supra club.
i was expecting that my live for speed skills would help but lfs really did come in handy. i did quit well better then i expected and i did just aswell as i would on live for speed.

lol i dont even have my license and my driver instructor commented on how good my car control is for a 15 year old i was stringing up the corners and getting great drift angles. some people even said i was one of the best drivers out there so i feel pretty proud

what steering wheel do you use in live for speed?
the one in your rx7 looks alot like the logitech g25

if u googled anyone of those u would be well educated to change values in anyone of those areas. (not in real life though) One of the good things about engines is there is ussually a trade off. so one upgrade will have a negative effect. might seem like alot for someone but if your on a team am sure there would be one person on there who was quite educated on the matter and could design a engine for the team. I myself am not a mechanic or a engine freak or anything (actually computer science major) and i do know quite a bit. it isnt hard stuff

now thats what im talking about.
if live for speed had that i dont think i would ever stop playing. and for people that dont understand all these options then they would end up learning think about it. imagine one day you start up lfs and you have all these new options to work with you would end up learning about all these things anyway.

when i first got into audio and speakers i got the x530s and they are very good especially for the price $90 AUD. i mainly used them for music but they were good for games and movies to.
i just got the z 5500 for $399 AUD (pretty good seeing as every where else were selling them for around $800 AUD) now they are awsome i have never been more impressed with speakers. what you gotta do is listen to them in person and you will see what im on about.
so you are using your x540s for games and such they would be ample for what you need im assuming your using a small room with a computer ect a study thats what i mainly use them in. today i was testing out my z 5500 and i have alot more then what i need for the setup im using im in a small room with a computer and all this power in a small room is just overkill lol.
but i still love it just cant get enough lol

i would suggest to just make a thread on girls and cars and not just pit/grid.
we did something similar on the supra forums called pictures of babes with supras. that got a lot of people in. anyway maybe give just girls and cars ago instead of just one thing like pit or grid.

i dont see what all this has to do with supras.

well i mainly created the supra thread cos i know some people that have them that are on lfs and i want to see some more supra owners on here.
the post your car thread is good and all but i dont really have anything to talk about to other car owners: nice car, what are the mods, how long you had your car for ect ect.
besides there are heaps of supra owners so why not have a thread specially for them.
also im already in the supra club so ive joined a social club so i can discuss supras with them. i just wanted to see the supra people on here.
