It's a decent wheel. 900 degrees rotation, force feedback etc.

I've had mine for a few years with no problems.

Have you installed the wingman drivers? I can't remember the url off the top of my head but google should turn it up pretty quick.

I've been looking for the same thing, but I'm a bit older than you. More like a lot older actually.

I've got a server going and even put up a quick website http://www.xcellalliance.net if there any North American racers that want to get something going.

Thats weird. If I view this thread with firefox I just see the links but in IE I see the pics.

The speedtest one is cool because it gives you an image with all the info in it right after you take the test.

Thank you for pointing that out. I had gone through all the config files for lapper and must have missed it.

I read through most of that thread. I can't find anywhere about adding auto server messages or anybodies own customizing of it.

Help a guy out.

So I've got LFS Lapper up and running on my server.

Now what do I do with it?

I would like to use it to display server messages at specific time intervals so lets start there.

Are there any commands that I should know? Am I missing some documentation somewhere?

Typing /end in chat sucks though because it ends the race for everyone.

How do I bring that screen up? When I use ESC it put me right in the garage.

I'm still confused. I have no idea where that screen is. Maybe a screenshot can help me out?

First I'd just like to say to all the LFS racers out there. I've been playing the demo for months now and finally plunked down the coin for an S2 license.

I decided to rent my own server as it was hard to find one with the options I wanted to race on. It's a US server in Dallas. Server name is !Xcell Racing if anyone wants to join up.


I've got a couple questions for some of the veterans out there.

I'm trying to do some things while the game is running and I'm not sure about the admin commands to use. What are the commands to change maps, kick players and such? I've looked in the Docs folder but nothing in there seemed to work.

Also I've seen alot of talk about a program called LFS Lapper. What does this do exactly? I've got the option to install it on the server, but I'm not sure what it's purpose is.
