If there are 19109 German players, 13790 UK players, and 21295 USA players according to the LFS Racers database, how come the license pie says:

Germany 19.2%
UK 14.5%
USA 12.9%


Is it because the racers database includes demo players??? And these cheap americans can't buy licenses?
