If you don't have either your web password or your email account then you may have lost the account.

The problem isn't the clipboard, but the system. Even though I entered the unlock code, it still says it doesn't match. I don't know how it works, but even if I requested it by email, the system wouldn't create it because there's too much demand (or it's simply not in the system, which I think is unlikely).

Bro so yesterday i unlocked the code after 30 minutes trying to figure it out and now today, when I came to open the game once again the SAME ERROR!!!! i think you should improve other things in the game rather than those stupid and useless stuff. Like change the weather , rain , night time , BETTER CAR SOUNDS because they sound like a BLENDER. IM not hating on yall is just because there are so many things to get improved in the game.

If you improve your house and someone breaks into it, first improve the doors and security measures to prevent theft, otherwise there is no point in improving it.

Ok, the Game ist Broken for me i cant login because still not match the Code. Idk what happend (i can't Join in Multiplayer and Single Player)

Download and install the 0.7F13 test patch on your currently installed LFS system. This will allow you to clearly see if the password you're copying from your email and pasting into the game is the exact same (making it easier to find the cause of a mismatched password).

Can you try again with a different unlock code?

You can simply request another one on your details page and it will arrive in your email. It doesn't cost you an "unlock" or anything like that.

Make sure you only click once and use the one in the next email that arrives.

I have a big problem that impedes me from using the game. The codes simply don't arrive in my email, not even in spam, they just don't arrive. I've tried changing my user email from Hotmail to Gmail, but the confirmation doesn't arrive either (my current email in LFS is Hotmail.com).

I'm basically losing access to the game.

If you want to change your email, without access to your old email, you click the link "send email to set new address" on your details page.

Now, as you don't have access to your old email, you have to wait 7 days. You can see clearly there when the time will elapse, then a link appears and you can proceed with entering your new email address.

So, you may lose access for this week but in 7 days you will regain access.

That's how it works, a lot of accounts were stolen recently and it was possible to change password and emails instantly. Now we send the email to the old email address and we give them seven days to respond.

I see in our admin pages there is a 0 in your code. I want to emphasise that is not an O. It is zero, not capital-o. In LFS they look exactly the same which might not help much.

In your case, for this code, you need to use a zero. Could that possibly be the problem?

If there is a zero in my code, that confirms to me that the error is still active.

All right I have one more suggestion.

I can also see in your code come capital-I characters.

But in the font on your phone, small-L looks the same as capital-I.

So, to type in your code:
- When you see a zero or capital-o it's actually a zero.
- When you see small-L or capital-I it's actually a capital-I.

Hope it helps. But after all this discussion your unlock code isn't the most secure, so maybe you should get a new one!

These codes are not suitable for typing in, they are designed for copy and paste. Maybe we should eliminate the use of ambiguous characters to avoid confusion.
