Either you have selected a wrong boot device or the device you're trying to boot from is faulty. Whatever the problem is, it is NOT in ANY way caused by Windows 7.
Just create a WinXP installation CD from an image, that will work as long as your CD drive is OK.

I can install Vista with it, but cant xp.

Vista and XP have a totally different installer. It wouldn't hurt if you told us what exactly are you and how.

Formatting didnt help. I tried it.

So now you have a completely blank hard drive?

Will it boot from a CD?
Will it boot from a Vista CD?
Will it boot from an XP CD?

If it will boot to OTHER CDs but not the XP CD, then it sounds like a dodgy CD.
If it won't boot to any CD, then you need to change your BIOS settings.

Ah forgot that xp need other features to make usb bootable. Now other tests need...
Edit : No luck...hal.ddll or something errror

i think if you cant figure out how to boot an xp cd you probably shouldnt mess around with your os in the first place
