I've removed the filters altogether. They weren't really splitting S1, S2 and S3, but rather letting you show stats from very old versions vs new versions. And the old data is so old now that it's become a bit irrelevant, so I've removed that filter.
Can't remove the hidden overflow just like that. You'll get a horizontal scrollbar every time the car at the top moves to the right.
It can probably be fixed, but to do this correctly, and for devices other than desktops, a whole lot more needs to change. This is not very high on my list tbh. But it'll be looked at at some point.
Yep. The ability to browse locally stored setups, in a categorised fashion and in the same way browse setups stored online. Either from your own collection or setups that have been made publically available (or from team mates, depending on the access rights (public / team / private)).
One thought I had was to add a new 'Files' section. The first category in there could be setups. The second could be layouts for example. And could add more after that. A bit like the good old LFS Database / LFS Files sites.
Just not sure where to place the browser. I don't really want to add things to lfsworld as it feels cramped and its code base is old. But not sure there's a place for it on this site either. Maybe in a break out window ..
yeah, have not figured that out yet. But it's clear what features it should have and I've basically prepared for that so far.
For starters, ISP's (or anyone with an AS number) should disallow outgoing spoofed packets. They know the IP addresses assigned to them, so they can block anything else.
It would make the world a better place if all of them would do this.
Strange. Can't really tell why that showed for 'tomorrow'.
I've also set my clock back to the time of your post, but here it showed 'yesterday'.
Let me know if you see it happen again. It might be another 361 days though - I figure it had something to do with the transition of the year. Our own y2k16 bug.
So you'd like full track names (track + config name)?
That would require a new pubstat version, otherwise everyone's current pubstat usage will break.
Another thing I wonder about - if I understand correctly - is that you would then load the data and display it 1:1 on the screen? Without any sort of input validation? (what you download is input as well)
That doesn't sound very safe imo. Even if you download from a trusted source. You must always treat external data as unsafe.
With that in mind, a conversion from short to long name doesn't sound so bad. And you can add a tracks file (text) for that purpose just like Airio, that people can update themselves - add tracks when needed. That way you don't have to do a new release with new content. Though you could of course, for those who do not understand how to add a track.
