you have an overview,
all tracks all cars...
You can select tracks
removes all tracks except the selected one....
You could add cars
removes all cars except selected one....
It will be as much use as the select tracks option thats already there and do the same thing, just make it easier to read, if you are looking at the middle colum I find it easy to drift over and read the next colum without thinking......

1:24.42, and yes, did 1:24/26 for 40 laps....

The next step is to use outsim data (If possible) to automatically know what car you are sat in at that time and on which track, possibly the number of laps as well, and automatically tell you the fuel consumption....
Very difficult I know, possibly impossible, but thats what coders love isn't it????

As well as the overview, All cars and all Tracks you have an option to scale down to an overview of each circuit, would be nice to add a second option to scale to each car (So you get every track for that car)

Not that I don't want to race, just I'm not that fast, so If someone else really wants to, they will be far more competitive than me!
If one of the new sign-ups wishes to race, I will drop out, I would like to race, but am way to slow to be competitive......
LOL - since riding a big bike (well, Kawasaki ZX6R) I've calmed down alot, I'm now safe.. It was only because I'd driven a Yamaha DT125R for 2 years, it's an off road bike so I could go round most corners full throttle with one foot down!
I'm off in the summer to race school to learn to race for the R6 cup, will cut my insurance alot as well as letting me race these wonderful machines!

The last thing my instructor told me on day 1 was, if your going quick, remember to turn the wrong way round a corner...

I then learned all about counter-stearing a motor-bike, which if you overtaking people on the dual-carrigeway can be very useful in the test! (I nearly got flattend by an impaitient Porsche 911 but managed to get out the way safely!)

Had been riding a 125 for 2 years so didn't start on that, went straight onto the 500cc bike
First morning was low speed control in the car park, makeing sure you can use either brake to stop, clutch control and using clutch and brakes to control speed
Then went out on the roads from then on, my training was with 1 other other person, instructor was always in the middle, one person following him to learn, and the other in front so he can see what you're doing wrong, do about an hour in each position before swapping
Always in radio contact so sometimes can be distracting, but it's fairly simple as long as you get on with the instructor!
My instructor noted I was a fairly good rider, so didn't try to teach me how to ride (Waste of time), just taught me the specific things I had to iron out to pass the test....

So you saying A touring car race winner shouldn't feel happy they win a race because people behind him have weight penalties???????
I know thats not quite what you meant, but alot of race series have ballace to slow quicker drivers.....

I didn't really mean it to be, "a chance for slow drivers to actually win", more of a extra challenge for the quicker drivers....

I know it will be difficult, but would give everyone a chance at winning, by race 4, half the field will be in slow cars so everyone will have the chance to win!

Multi-Class races, each race 15 minutes long - 4 races per "meet"
Everyone starts off in the same car
Top 3 get relegated into slower car every race....
No longer will the same driver be on podium at every race!
Possibly done with GTR Cars, if you are on podium you must use the road going version of the car....

Isn't the RB4 usually included with these 2 cars?

Do that while the replay is running, and can adjust the sliders and see exactly what the view is in realtime...
I think that's just brilliant, just imagine haveing 22 of them lined up, 2 for each team!!!!
If you are watching an MPR, go into views, and change the custom view to whatever you want (Use "V" to change views just as in race)
If everyone else chooses the RAC (Looking that way!) make it a 1 car cup, I will have to get used to it!
Have just joined, not sure on car, but RAC seems to go sideways more than fowards so I will plump for the FZ50

If you are providing a Mod driven game such as rFactor, it's my beleif you have to provide information to exactly what mod is being run and which version, as pointed out before, there is simply too much, and some very similar.
An auto-download would be a good idea so when you join a host to a mod where you have a older version or just don't have the mod, you are given the option to download in game, rather going on the net and guessing which version that server might be running....

Some poeple will expect you to get out of their way "They are faster so they own the track!"
Some drivers expect slower drivers to be less aware and simply not move so drive around the slower car...
The only time I know what to do is in a league race when all drivers are told what to do under the blue flag situation....
Some people will be expecting you to move, some won't, as simple as that!
If an admin is having a bad day, not much you can do unfortuneately!
