Today I got the same issue having 41% of GPU usage, it may be a Win 11 issue or no idea at all...
I can tell from own experience that it doesnt happen when i play war thunder, rocket league and roblox xD
I have the same issue (also from spain but got the fla gof argentina for hotlaps) and I also found the same trouble, yesterday I was racing in RG Rally cup and also saw the temperature because one friend adviced me, he told me to lock to 90 FPS, didnt work btw, and the temperatures in the moment of the crash were 70ºC didn't even reached 90 which i believe is considered high. My GPU utilization usally gets to 100%, either its a virus or something that i have no idea...

I've commented your video, and got my personal conclusion, he is being stupid, honestly no space at all, probably practices with AI in single player, he doesn't know when to attack and where, now i found ur 3 moves to defend a bit illegal, FBM beginner rule nº5 says "No weaving 1 move to avoid the draft" and yeah, the rest it's just something dumb, but nothing we can do. It's online racing, its unavoidable so no reason to find for not letting these guys race, he didnt crash into you and took you out so that's lucky.
I think he means dirty drivers, I think they're very unaware what's going on off races

I concluded that because I've seen it redirecting to "JP" which I believe is JaPan and obviously if we're talking about China it wouldn't allow using other countries servers as long as I use a VPN (that's what I think) but atleast I found the solution after some consideration, thanks to all answers trying to help me!

About this, I've restarted it and the problem persists (atleast when I tried to join TC and JAR), the skins loads perfectly and only loads default LFS cars
I'm conscious of that, and I'm pretty sure that I have unlocked it correctly, obviously when I'm back from my trip I'll take some action to the old pc so it should be fine

Problem with mods in China
I have been annoyed by this error con the mods downloading and its menu on the LFS garage and I don't know what's happening. I've been in a trip on China for almost a month and it's the first time that I see some problem like this, atlwast from my personal experience, and also I recently bought a fresh new laptop but doesn't matter as long as I know.
It says "mod is forbidden", if it's forbidden because I'm in china and it's unable to connect with other servers it's fine but I just want to see if it has some kind of solution. All the answers on the matter is appreciated
