The server info has been sent via pm on the forum to the ppl that replyed in this thread, they must pass on the info to theire team mates, as u know qual starts at 21:00 central europe time (as an exemple curent german time) server will be open about 1-2 hours before this hour hope to see u all there

Also it has been decided that we are going to race with REAL NAMES no nicks, for the sign-up forms that have been already posted u can leave the nicks but in the race on the server use only youre REAL NAME (no nicknames)

The teams are up in the first post, i would like here each team to post the 2 drivers that will race in each car in the 3 hours of Blackwood, also in the next few days i will post the logos i want on to be on the cars they are yet to be decided. Just keep youre eyes on the forum for updates

ok3 i counted and we have 8 GT1 cars and 8 GT2 cars so everyone is racing, i would like the teams to anounce in the Thread dedicated for round1 the 2 drivers per car that will drive in round 1

Sign-up for round 1 is officialy closed, all sign-ups that will be entered from here on will be taken into account for the 2nd round (so u can still put down sign-up forms) the teams that will race will be announced tonight in the thread made for round 1 but i think all teams will race (haven't counted how many cars yet) keep youre eyes on the forum all the info will be here tonight

spsamsp we are basicly no LFS comunaty in romania, and on LFSW u can't see who's licenced or not, and to give u an idea atm i know as licenced romanians, me, Alex, Spoosh (inactive), and another guy who won't answere e-mails or pm.
So as u can see it's very important to find eachother and get a lfs comunaty on it's feet in romania

LFS GT is an endurance season consisting of 6, 3 hour races and using the two GTR classes in LFS (GT1: FZR, FXR, XRR & GT2: UFR XFR) 9 cars from each class racing on the same track (same server) and at the same time, basicly 2 championchips. It is now also the sport series for the prestigiouse MoE and thus a gateway for young undiscovered drivers to get noticed.

Teams will consiste of 2-3 driver per car, so if u are interested send an aplication to any of the MoE admins.

Cosidering that the first round is 4 weeks away i will give u until the 4th of June for teams to sign up, sign-up for the first race will end at 12:00PM, in the evening the teams that have been selected will be anounced.

1 - Participants

Only teams will be allowed to race. Teams must consist of 2-3 racers. Teams can substitute team members. Out of all the teams that sign-up we will chose those who will race

Applications can be sent as a reply to this thread:http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=8324 or be sent to scoop_quattro@hotmail.com or at applications@mastersofendurance.eu specificly writing it's for LFS GT. Applications must consist of the drivers the teams are planning to employ, the team name and the racing history of the drivers.

The organizers can ask the teams or single drivers for proof of their racing capabilities before inviting a team. If a driver proves during the race that he is not clean or that too many rules are broken in 1 race the driver can be asked to leave the series.

Each team may enter only 1 car per class
GT1 class is reserved for MoE contenders, MoE drivers can race in GT2 tho, if GT1 grid is not full by race weekend an MoE team can be asked to join the race to fill out the grid.
As the league admin i reserver the right to refuse certain drivers/teams if i feal they are not suited for the league.

2 - Racing Modus

Qualifying
There are 2 qualafing rounds all in race weekend, all qualifying sesions will start at 21:00 cet (summer time when applicable)
Friday: 1h
Saturday: 1h
The best time set by a team will count
There's no need for both drivers to do the qual if u don't want to
But if u do decided that both driver should try a qual run only 1 driver at a time, if there are 2 driver from the same team on track at the same time theire times will not be taken into account


Racing
The racing will be timed, 3hour races. Race start at 16:00. All times CET (summertime when applicable).

Classes
GT1: FXO GTR, FZ50 GTR, XR GTR
GT2: XF GTR, UF GTR


3 - Scoring

In order to be scored, a team must cross the line after the full time has expired and the leader has been waved off.


If a team is disconnected from the server, they may rejoin and start racing again. Their number of completed laps will be recorded by the organizers and they will be added up in the end and scored accordingly.


If a team is stranded on the track due to running out of fuel, an accident or other reasons, they will have to go to pits and restart the stint

Points will be given as follows:

4 - Skins

All teams must have their own, individual racing livery. The racing livery must be fitted with the team's assigned number on the sides, hood and rear bumper. The real names (no nicknames) of the team's drivers must be listed on the car in a readable place; the names must be accompanied by a flag of the nationalities of all drivers.


5 - Starting Procedure

Start is run in double file formation by a flying lap. A pace car will lead the field during the formation lap at a decent speed. Drivers are to run single file until the last sector, when the pace car slows its speed to allow drivers to catch up and line up in the double file formation. When the pace car pulls into the pits, the leader continues at 80km/h. A race marshall will give the green flag signal upon which the race is on. Passing must not be done before the green flag is given.


6 - Penalties
Penalties will be given during the race in form of a drive through or stop and go penalty. Teams must appeal to the organizers immediately upon which the race marshals will analyse the situation and rule a verdict.
If the accident happens in the last 30 minutes of the race, instead of a stop and go or drive through penalty, the penalty will be 45s or 30s added to the overall race time of the team in doubt.
For chating a drivethrough penalty will be isued imediatly only exeptions are the people that anounce that they have to give a "join" message to theire team mate if they don't have any form of verbal comunication.

Appeals filed later than one hour after the stint of the driver who is the victim of the accident will not be accepted.

Appeals must include a replay of the scene. Appeals without a replay will not be accepted.

The admins can rule upon an accident without an appeal being filed.


8 - Number of drivers for a team during a race
During a race, 2 or 3 drivers must race for a team. No driver may drive less than 45min of the race. If a driver drives less then 45 min the team will be disqualified.


9 - Driver Swaps
Driver swaps can be timed freely. However, a driver may only join the server when the car he wants to swap into is on it's pit in lap. The driver leaving the car must leave the server immediately.


10 - Miscellaneous
No excessive honking. If excessive honking is used, a drive through penalty will be assessed by the race marshals.

Driver names must start with the team number.
Example: 01 - Alex Barbu

Shift+S is allowed if u are stuck in sand, out of fuel.
If u have extensive damage, but still try to make it back to the pits a full corse yellow will be isued safety car will come on track and the race will go at 50% race speed until the damaged car is repaired and back on the track.

Same here i just ordered my DFP and now all of this is making me scared, tho i have to say my team mate has done over 40.000km in lfs with the DFP in about 1 year and he hasn't got a single probleme, so KeMoT there's still hope

Run Da Mc Style, RUN u said ARCADE on lfs forum u're in for a 50 page thread of mad ppl that hate the word arcade

this might help u out, i also come from a not so rich country (Romania) tho my family is middle class in term of income i don't get everything i want offered so this is what i do to get money:
- Every time i'm sent shoping i keep the change (if youre parents don't send u shoping the ask them too)
- Ask them about once every few days for some pocket money to go out with friends to a movie or stuff like that and then keep it
- Tell them it's one of youre best friends bday and u need some money then go out and spend an entire day (you're parents think you're at the bday party) outsite and keep the money

This are small tricks for when u need cash fast and in 2-3 weeks u'll have the 42$

lfs should just lock the skin-x file i'm sure they can do that

it's all about presure presure presure, those pic that Tweak posted are normal road cars so i'm expecting them to have normal road presure, and that's high compared to what we use in game for our race set, that's why the tyres flex a lot, i wouldn't recomend it but u could go and inflate the tyres on youre car to the presure u have them (say on the FXO) in game and see if they flex as much
(AGAIN I WOULDN'T RECOMEND IT, i don't want anyone coming here saying Scoop i wrecked my car)

i know i sugested it i think arround summer of 2004 got some positive replies but i think the devs didn't like the idea to much
