What was that fist pump in the Radical vs. R500 for? I can only think of 'Victory is mine!', 'Jeeze I'm still peeved at that guy!', or 'Haha! You get a spin for blocking me so much!'
I couldn't see the other one in the mirror shortly after the pass.
My first contribution. Had a great race earlier today with a rival that reminded me of these guys. I don't know how to give a link with it already started, but I intend to have everyone watch from 2:33.
After my destruction derby races a few weeks ago where the whole practice session was spent flipping the car through the air using a track defect, I will make it my mission to find this bump if it still exists.
In NR03 I used to take the Indy cars, bump up the grip to F1 feel, and drive across the ditch on the long straight of the old Le Mans circuit and watch the car flip.
These guys make a point. It would always be best to take it to a bike shop. If you're dealer is like mine, take it back to them if you can and see if they will service it for free or at a discount since you bought it there.
I get free life time service for bikes purchased at my local shop. I gotta take it in tomorrow as I'm missing a spoke, and the chain needs lubed.
EDIT___________
After oiling my chain today and noticing the result I'll say you should oil the chain first and see if that helps.
It seems like it could be a semi-feasible temp fix.
Aren't you supposed to do something to the ends to make it fit properly though? Usually I see springs angled at the end to create a flat surface on the ends.
I had the same problem when I got my Cannondale F7 a few years back. I found out where to adjust the maximum and minimum distances that the derailleur can travel. It turned out that it was set to go far enough to hold strongly in 8th gear.
I had to do this again once the cables set in nicely. Lube also doesn't hurt at all.
Since then, I haven't really had a problem except going over strong bumps and accidentally shifting.
I second the fun races. I had a blast taking risks I usually wouldn't, even against an admittedly drunk man and wound up drafting my way from the second pack to finishing 2nd in a very exciting last few laps!
Looks like almost the exact same thing was done to both drivers. The only difference was one could handle it while the other couldn't... I really wish I could see these races again.
That's my problem. I'm a young guy and I want my head to rattle with bass. I even turn up the volume during parts of a song that I know have some strong bass just to bask in the bassiness.
Nothing beats coming around turn 2 only to see a slow car just as you come over the crest and can't steer clear or slow to avoid it. My best memory of Mosport so far.
I needed a replacement recently and was watching for some options too. I got paid yesterday though so it was time to act.
The wire on my Koss earphones was worn at the jack and at the junction point for the left and right speakers. I loved the around the neck style cord, but that was it's flaw. That junction was very weak.
I've had great luck with Skull Candy's Smokin' Buds before. The wire broke at the "guide" I guess you could call it coming out of the right speaker and eventually broke the wire too.
The speaker housing for my Koss earphones were great, no damage at all from my rough use, and they didn't hurt at all when I slept playing music as I usually have the side of my face on the pillow.
I decided to get the Skull Candy Ink'd earphones to hold me over till I could get a higher end pair, but I'm so impressed with the comfort and sound clarity and loudness that I'll just hold on to these till they break.
Louder, clearer sound with more bass as compared to the more expensive Koss pair that I had and at a lower price.
Now if only I could get my phone's 3.5mm jack to stop crackling with slight movement...
I'm sorry, I was too distracted by the girl's AMAZINGLY lazy eye...
An amazingly skilled jump and landing though. I thought he'd had dumped it on the landing with how far the rear slid out from under him. I remember seeing a different angle on the commercials that shows the slide better.
After playing with the demo for a while, I gotta say it's a nice game if you just want to drive fast and forget about the proper racing techniques. It can be quite a bit of fun if you're against the right people.
Holy hell. I'm not really a fan of the older cars, but I wanted to jump out of my seat and cram all of my speakers next to my face just to make the engines sound louder!
I just realized that even if I get my class C oval license, I can't complete the MPR for a while anyway as I can't afford to get the Silverado or any tracks for a lil while...
