I really hope in future updates handbrake power setting will be only be able to set in drift configurations, not in all cars. That really ruins realistic feel, unless on new version with new tyre physics handbrake will work how it should work.. Now this handbrake power changing makes something like in f1 that mclaren had back in day 3rd brake pedal, to help you with some stuff.
Edit. And hope in future update R4. option that now is there for. MRT/FBM/FOX will be gone, some reacted harshly(can blame corona a bit), but yes its really not needed for those cars as those tyres are really not usable for anything more than a hotlap in hotlap mode, and that ruins the experience of it a bit. Yes we noticed it too late, but hope in future it can be fixed.
I know its a bit off-topic, but maybe there would be a chance to add 1-3spots on server? Not on track, just on server, why? I'll use as example NDR GT2C that is going on now, they have 38 driver in round, safety car, rescue car, 3+- commentators, race director and 4- stewards( some oof them learning) so they dont have enough space in server, and just 1-3 added spot would help for now a lot, and that includes other leagues, like fragmasters.
Even on restrictions UFR and XFR tyres are narrow enough, fwd eating tyres. So yeah my suggestion atleast for now work on 3 GTR cars, thats enough and nice change for us.
you mean FZ50 GTR rear tyres right?
and about having diffirent tyre size for all cars except single seaters.. i think its not necessary, because GTI/TBO/LRF/ UF GTR, XF GTR already have tyres at their tyre temperature limits in races, so more narrow tyres arent really suited for anything, i suggest just stick with changes forthose 3 GTR cars tyre change option, nothing else.

I'll try some hotlaps then for all 3 GTR cars in that mode on diffirent cars to compare atleast a bit, would be good if other fadt guys would do same i guess.
From what i feelt on track in FXR while running on RX mode(but still i think some stuff to find in setup) that while having full power it could be raced maybe only on few certain tracks, as tyres cant handle it and just temperatures going up and up,but that was expected. Having gt2 restrictions car feel really good. I think i like gt2 class more like this than in normal mode, car is just more responsive. Road normals and road supers wise those tyres can be used, maybe work on setup might help them last more, but i killed them in 2 laps on fast track. Well i used them on full power, so with a bit of restrictions it can work too i think. Would be good if there was option to keep transmission same on xrr/fzr that is in regular mode. Overall changes are quite good, but how close are cars pace wise in rx mode we will know with time. Just would love to have additional f12 options to change specific tyre out of 4, or 3 out of 4 and similar.(sorry still hope to get this option soon 😅)
Hello, if needed for some online data today(tuesday) around 19:00 UTC if there would be a possibility to have a server with U19 me and some other racers could do laps on diffirent tracks, or try a 20-30laps event.
Tyre size wise, that can work even for some kind of racing series too, like with gt2 or gt3 restrictions(would need testing with more narrow tyres), it would be slower series because of less grip and less cornering speeds. Or those changes make car not really drivable at all for racing?
Advantage wise maybe, but as Scawen says itself he wants to keep it close to how it is in real, so this way it would be keept like that, so those changes would affect only drift servers, single player and cruise servers where you can "modify" car for drifting, and not in racing servers, or hotlap, yes it will take more work, but i think that would be start for maybe some future changes for specific things only for racing or drifting.
Just one small suggestion, maybe there could be option that these steering changes would work just for drift, cruise servers and single player? But not hotlap mode or race servers? To not have strange race setups with 60degrees streering as its not really realistic racing wise.
If damage is 0.01%-0.10% 20sec is kinda fair i think, as in long endurances that damage is pain in ass, and if its like 1% damage its pretty much end of your endurance. So having option to fix it, but with long time to do that would be nice.
EDIT: because other damage fixing as suspension and body doesnt takes long either, just around 6-50seconds, so i dont see much problem to have now engine fixing time not wntirely massive, just in future if pit stop time will be reworked on make it like 10-20minutes engine swap having like 5%-10%+ engine damage.
Scawen, about pit stops, could there be added thing to pit stop such as engine repair? But with added option in f12 to enable engine repair on, and depending on damage it would repair it in 20-180seconds. That would really help i think(times to repair choosed randomly it can be diffirent or in made in scale according to damage that engine has).
Fox tyre pressures in garage can be set up max to: 188 kPa in front and 165 kPa in rear :
But when you leave garage you can change rear pressures in F12 up to 188 kPa:
Another thing could it be changed that pressure could be changed in F12 by 1 not by 5 at time?
Edit: found another bug.
Minimum pressure for Fox in garage:
Minimum pressure i could set out of garage(cant go lower):
Edit 2: so pretty much most of cars that has bigger or lower front pressures it takes same pressures as limits to rear tyres.
