The only way this would ever work is if the game server was as smart as a human, that way when racing if someone crashes you the server could see whos fault it was and penalize them. It would also have to be only online play. So there can't be any morons who are good hotlappers, cause they will just crash and get penalized.
BTW: having a server as smart as a human would take WAY to much time to program.
WOOT, patch X is made! YAY, can't wait to see the mayhem on LTC or CLC with 32 cars racing bk and forth...Gonna be fun on Conedogers.
is it just me, or is everyone saying "good work Scawen". but doesn't Victor and Eric still work on the game too? Shoudln't we be saying "good work everyone" or " good work devs"?
Great idea. I could just imagine a group of chargers racing around SC....Loud V8 engines, lots of power.... The "muscle car" group would be one of the harders cars to drive in LFS but it would be so worth it...
+1 +1
All I care about is a great looking body, a very good V8 sound and decent FR power. can't wait........
yah, I figured there was nothing I could do. Oh well, glad I found a driver for my PS3 controller on the internet. Least I dont gotta use mouse and keyboard Thanks for the help everyone.
I tried doing that a while ago, but nothing. I then went to the control panel (not in LFS) and went to game controlers. Even in that the pedals didnt work. and I callibrated it. I will try again, thanks for info.
Hey there, ok, so I baught an x-box madcatz racing wheel about 2 years ago. It can plug into PS1/ PS2, x-box, and gamcube. Recently I got a ps2 - PC input converter. So now my wheel can plug into my PC for LFS, the problem is that it doens't reconize my pedals and butons, but it DOES reconzie the wheel and shifter? Does anyone have any tips or even maybe a custome made driver that might work? LOL, 1 in a million chance of making this work but w/e...
