Damn, this one was really hard to make due to its weird power-band and kind of hard to make this car without options like power curve etc, anyway I did a small attempt and it really really is bad but atleast worth a try:

The wheels are really small but that was the size written in the specs.
I couldnt get the torque right atleast its a bit close

Yea that was because the first citydriving server was set up by him, and a couple of guys( including me) got access to it, and we keep the same admin pw on all servers so he can go in the cfg file and just read it.
All fixed now though

Instead of setting a certain combination maybe script it so you can choose one yourself?

Thats the problem Becky, people tend to think Citydriving is for some weird kids. But infact our servers are being strongly enforced and we really take it seriously, I was there when the whole concept of citydriving was thought up ,and it was just a fresh breath for LFS for me as I have been racing for a very long time now(no skidmarks version ) and needed a little break.

Actually another problem which comes up is the problem of people not seeing that its a fake server, and we getting all the complaints about the servers we aren't even hostingillepall

I gotta confess I did read this post after watching a 1 hour special of the Isle of man TT a bike race in which they reach speeds of 180mph and more through narrow streets and more.

Anyway I am a motorcyclist but I do remember the first time I went 200km/h it feeled like I crapped my pants, but now im pretty much used to it( still scared a bit though)

Hi Everyone,

After some years of playing Live For Speed i'm still having ALOT of enjoyement and pleasure in it but what I partly miss is the lack of sensation I get from the speed. I mean if I would go 200km/h in my car everything would shake like hell and I wouldn't be able to sit relaxed in my seat.

So is there a way (if any) to give LFS a ''upgraded'' sense of speed besides changing POV ?

Yeah but those doesnt concentrate on the 0-100 thing but just do 400 meters as fast as possible, no steering whatsoever

Hi just wanted to ask a question,

I have been fiddling around with the car settings of the LX6(The roadcar I believe is the fastest accelarating to 100 kph/60 mph???) to try and get as fast as possible to 100 kph/60 mph, kind of like the Ariel Atom .

Anyways I ended up doing really short gear but I feel like I spent more time changing gears , thus slowing me instead of making me faster. Is there anyway to make a road car in LFS go really fast to 100/60 sacrificing the top speed?

Drifting isnt racing, just look at the definition of racing:

B]1. [/B]Racing a. A competition of speed, as in running or riding.
b. races A series of such competitions held at a specified time on a regular course: a fan of the dog races.




So ask yourself the question, is drifting a competition of speed? No it isn't because in drifting it is more important with what angle you have etc. Races refers to racing so if you are in a drifting competition you are not in a Race either.

For me the thing I hate about drifters is that they often have names such as l33tdRiFt3R or S15 dRiFter, ofcourse these are stereotypes but if you ask me: Waaaaay tooo much stereotypes, anyway I have nothing against drifting as I tend to do it myself too , but racing is IMO way more exiciting(Ever won a 50 or more lap race???) and way more rewarding, My hands or my body never sweats from the adrenaline when im drifting , it does when I am in a serious race though.

But I quess that is a preference

Works really good on my comp with all settings turn to the right except autogen which is turned to Normal. Online works beautifull though I still prefer Vatsim and IVAO. Also the new sounds on the jets are really good, but again I like the LevelD ones better. Overall its pretty fun and looks really good, anyway if you have a good computer and you are into Flight Sims I suggest you buy this.
