You are fast... hehe, fair enough i appreciate the feedback.
I just edited them all. I wasn't happy with the angle on the front anyway. So, completely redone it. You were right about the rear too. This is now as good as i can get, i guess. Already quite some morphing done.
You're being picky ... i wouldn't say wayout.
I guess you mean the one the front and you might be right. I called them and they say it's fine It's a tricky place.
well, why do people post screens of modded content which is kind of the same matter, in the end. But in this case, CodieMorgan was just making a point, that it's definitely worth the few pound it costs. Personally i find it hard to even think about it when you've tested the demo extensively(4years) and read the forums, seeing the content people do (textures, skins, sounds,...)
I spend that cash on a nice luch or a few drink on the weekend or whatever.
PS: yes, im aware he might be 14 or whatever and does'nt have his won money...
hehe.. which is sad. I wish i've had voted but i didn't care I was expecting like most, that there will be a reason for drivers to risk something now, in regards of car controll, but turns out they are just slower in the brginning of the race. The pit crew is who decides the race
If you were indeed serious, you can't be a fan of driving cars. The sound engine and tiresimulation may not be perfect yet, but the feeling of driving a car is quite good already. Iracing, i give you that, has some strong points (having huge real-data and actual race driver support) and is quite realistic, but Simbim-games/rfactor are just cheap. While the sound may be like their real counter parts.. somewhat.. alone shifting or let-off the throttle is just pure fail, IHMO. No need to talk about handling...
@TuomasH, do you have 4 screens or is that done with seperate screenshots? The water on the tires looks nice, but i would have liked to see it flying off in the middle of the tire. You know, from spinning tires.
This is what i was on about saying 'demotivating'. If he'd go all out regulary and share his 'feeling' or self expectations, the flaming and especially rumors, ect, would only be pushed. Past has shown that this happens inevitably.
You need to consider here again, that not all users, may it be licensed or demo, are as mature as others. After all it's a public forum.
And 1 thing i'd like to say regards Iracing. If i'm informed correct. Krammer is basicly working for 20 years on iracing, by making connections and so on... so this will always be hard to keep up.
I think once it's finished they will promote it properly.
PS: I'd agree on the moderating issuse.. at least sometimes in the skins section. But thats just my 2 cents
I can't agree with that, because Scawen just recently told what's going on and never lied. He admitted that its not no1 priority ATM. Reporting publicly whats not working out is pointless. It's self-demotivating and a waste of time, if you know what i mean. Scawen/Devs are the only one who need to know whats going on.
Jesus... really nice job, macsy! I wonder how you managed all those flakes. I can't find a pic of the original, but it can't posssibly look any better.
I also like the dirt. Definitely one of the greatest Dirt Layer. Most people just slap them together unlike you who made the different parts connect somewhat. It's not 100% because of the left rear, but nevertheless top job !!! This reminds me again, I have, since ages, a dirt layer i started when i drove with the niponni skin. It's more an traffic/weather dirt, like from a endurance race or something. Its just not finished yet, but i'm kinda motivated now again (but i was too when shuppor released his latest RB4 )
