I`ve tried to practice at NDR server this week, but PW stated in PM is wrong.
Anyway, I didn`t see anyone practicing. Does this means that all of you are so good, or many of you are still on vacation .
As usual, I`m struggling with FO8, and again didn`t find set that fits my driving.
Will do my best and hope that my ISP won`t cut me off again after 1 hour of driving .

I agree with Agarash, but on the other hand, it could be interesting to think more about the race strategy. Cya on track!

Oohhh, what a bad luck for me!!
If my connection lasted just a couple of minutes longer maybe I would score some points even being last .
Well to bad for all, but s...t happens.

What happened in feature race, what`s with RED flag thing?
I timed out in lap 23 so I don`t know what was going on.
My ISP is resetting my connection every hour .
I was so bad at this combo (mainly cause of poor driving, and then poor set), so I want to apologize if I caused any trouble.
Just one thing about the rules: I was so confused during start of feature race, cause I forgot the procedure (didn`t even use pit limiter). Pause between two CART races was huge and I was so into KY500 which is totally different. I know I should reminded myself about all that, but .
Maybe it`s better that I timed out, cya at FE4.

I modified front wing of my skin in remembrance of H.S. tragic accident.
Hope it`s ok.

I`ll be there, but since you guys hooked me to oval racing I`ve entered the "O-J Series III".
I think I`ll make the whole feature race, if not, (hate when start times clashes)

When will you anounce race start times?
I`m afraid it would clash with my LFSCART race

Unfortunately for me, I can`t participate in this event cause I`m going on summer vacation
OK, it`s not bad to go swimming, fishing, relaxing,... but at the moment I would rather be driving FO8
Good luck to everyone, see you in next event.

About the b`cast: My vote goes to GP of Jamaica (08/08/2009).

First to congratulate all racers who made it into top 30 .
Unfortunately for me, I wasn`t concentrated enough to go below 37, so got bumped. My best time average made offline was 36.9975, but I couldn`t repeat it under pressure.
I wish you all many GREEN laps and good clean fight.
I don`t hope that I will be in chance to get in as 35th if someone can`t race, but hope dies last .

Anyway, all the best to everyone, cya next season!

Worst practice session ever!
First of all, I want to apologize to drivers that I`ve had contact with, specially to Branislav (car 101). In lap 36 after T2, Mr. Williamson, car 20, was inpatient and bumped me into you, witch caused you to spin outside track. Also, I`m sorry for contact and little bit of blocking to Mr. Cikrle car 05 in lap 39 I think.

I wont file a protest or complaint, but need to say a few things:

Just after passing the S/F line in lap 15, car 78 (Mr. Sutton from FM), hits me cause he didn`t bother to look left. This causes huge mess, taking four of us for a spin.
Not so much damage, but then car 20 (Mr. Williamson) arrives at full speed and rams into back of my car. I can`t understand his logic when he could clearly see tire smoke and YELLOW FLAG (look at snapshot or better replay, he wont lift until it`s too late, and even doesn`t try to evade nor brake).

Please guys, be more aware of people around you!

Smoothest oval racing I`ve had so far, happened with racers who follow FM rules.
I think of my self as oval noob, but listening to advices from experienced oval drivers thought me to look and listen around me all the time and to be very patient, specially after restarts.
For me the worst case scenario would be if I take out someone from the race cause I did a stupid mistake. It could happen to anyone but if you`re aware of cars around you all the time, incidents could be avoided.
Made a couple mistakes in earlier practice sessions, but used that to improve my oval driving.
As time goes by, lap by lap, I`m getting into position in which I`m taken out by less experienced or less patient drivers - it feels awful when someone rams into your car or slams you into the wall.
Once again, DON`t BLOCK OTHERS and BE PATIENT!

Finished the race, but no one was in the mood to draft with me, probably `cause my engine was failing again. I really need to see what is wrong with gearing.

AND I DON`T LIKE WIND CONDITIONS!

But just to mention something, drivers from back of the field should at least read some previous posts concerning behavior when overtaking and leaving room for others to re-pass.

Today I`ve experienced how it`s like when there`s 3 cars in T3, and you`re in the middle. There was a couple of contacts that could have been avoided, but the my damage was bearable.

I`m starting to really get the point about "PATIENCE" and team work in oval racing.

DON`T DRIVE ON YOUR OWN, IT`S POINTLESS!!!!!

Your hopes are down!

What a mess of a race!
Will watch the replay and post some more thoughts about it.

Was doing OK until someone crashed and again, I ended up being collateral damage!
To make things worst, after spinning, I ended up in the pit lane, but my car was undriveable. Rescue car pushed me to pit stop, but "repair damages" was OFF (my own idiotic fault!).

And like a cream to a cake, my connection got lost, and that`s all from me.
Rejoined just to watch who will make it till the end.

Wish I had more luck, but let`s move on to next race!

@ Skydiver173
It`s good to know that there are people willing to help.

@ Ori
I agree with you about reactions (or lack of reactions) by Race Control. As you all remember I`ve made some beginners mistakes in first practices, but now, after some helpful advices from experienced fellow racers and a lot of practice I hope that I won`t be causing problems.

Once again, it would be great if we all obey FM oval racing rules!
If something is regulated by the rules and sanctioned, less people would decide to drive by their own rules.
We`re making progress!

Very good practice race for me, finished 9th (my highest was 7th).
Managed to avoid big collision at the end.
This time I had very bad restarts, need to think about that and also about drafting which was not very good. There was a couple of cars trying to do the draft with me, but either my set is not good or I`m not fully ready for it. When it comes to drafting, I think that rules at FM should be applied here. There was some chaotic overtaking from both sides tonight, and I`m sure that was the cause of the accidents.

I agree with Agarash about the pace under SC, we should really try to keep a constant speed.
I was bumped under one of SC periods, and in the other I needed to brake and leave the field so I don`t hit the car in front, and that costed me a couple of positions.

Sorry for side contacts I`ve made a few times, but it was so tight around me.

Thanks for good race!

Here is the skin that I`m planning to use for KY500.
Please take a look and evaluate if it`s according to rules.

I just wanted to remind all racers to obey these rules:

1. No tire warming - causes yellow flag during SC, `cause nobody keeps steady pace!

2. Pitting during SC and pitting while green - Look for the cones after T3 and enter between them during SC period, and during normal racing conditions (GREEN) enter using apron before T3!

3. No overtaking during SC - Even if lapped car is in front of you, hold your current position. If you lose your position during SC (spin, error,...), don`t try to regain position. Stay at position that you ended up after recovering!

Q: Why don`t we use "ideal racing line" (shown when you press 4) for single file formation during SC?

Now, everyone is using his own path without any sense to the racer behind him, and I think that this is the main reason for bumps during SC.

First to say I`m sorry if I (81) caused some incident (I think not!).
I was so frustrated by the fact that after every crash in front of me I didn`t managed to pass by without damage.
Even worst, was so confused that every time I went to pit for repairs, forgot to turn the pit limit (thanks to RC for clearing one of my penalties).
Finally, I`ve been overlaped, didn`t have anyone to draft with, ....
Hope that when the real thing starts I would have much better luck.
