Strobe, how much $ did that rig cost ? I so wanted that p182 case :> but i just couldnt stretch my pocket for it...

I first put in 6600gt 128mb ddr3 version, but had an oppertunity to switch it to a 7600gt without money loss so.. yeah.. next thing is a monitor, and then, a video card, like the likes of 8800gt :P
overall, i think i managed to put together a good pc for that money =]

compared to my old system, lfs runs 100fps all the time, and g25 doesnt have laggy feedback no more
I forgot to waste my money on a fdd .
Anyway, in the end i managed to get these parts together for 941.841 USD which i am very happy for
And parts left from old pc to be used with new pc
Monitor: LG flatron F700B (crt) 17*
Sound: Eacan E-390 2.1 , budget buy for 20bucks good sound for that money.
Keyboard+mouse: white logitech internet keyboard and cheap logitech laser mouse

Yeey Finally put together a somewhat budget new pc Beats the crap out of my old 1.8ghz celeron, that was 6years old
Probably can do better, since all is at stock speeds + some programs running in background browsing teh net :P

Remebered one more Vanishing point, played that game ALOT on playstation1 , Liked it alot too, wasnt a very easy game, had lots of fun races/stunts .. And cool cars. Dont remeber how "realistic" it was :P

I got s2 meeting up with one dude from lfs community, gave him the money and he payed through his card to get me a licence But some months later I went to a bank, and made an account + asked for a card that does all I could easily buy s2 with that card no sweat what so ever :P
