Got to say thanks to NDR for organising a great event.
UF1 on FE4 for 2 hours on paper sounds like a weird and potentially boring race but our race was anything but.....very exciting in the end.
Adam and I did a good job in qualifying and ultimately Adam got us a P5 starting posititon.
Not knowing the tactics of others we fueled for 2/3 race distance.
First lap and at the bottom hairpin managed to go up the inside of Troy and Core2. Unfortunately tapped the Core2 driver out of position so blended off the throttle on the straight and gave the position back.
We were up to 4th.
Lap 2 and Core2 driver flipped at the fast chicance - unbelieveablly he landed on all 4 wheels so carried out but with broken damper we moved up to 3rd.
Next 10 laps was caught by Fluid team and Troy in the other Concept Entry.
These guys ultimatley had better race pace and both passed leaving us in 5th with Void behind in 6th.
Coming up to the pit stops and we got passed by Void, however we both pitted and the same time. As I swapped to Adam we came out in 8th place.
Adam did a great stint - not a foot wrong. With others pitting and with Void and the Fluid entry having 'chincane problems' we got up to 4th.
SK was in the distance, Troy a solid 2nd but Core was in 3rd with Adam closing him down.
There then followed a great fight between Adam, Nola and the ICON entry, running within a second of each other for many laps.
Adam came out on top of that battle and gave us the final step on the podium.
With Troy in second place, Concept Racing had 2 cars on the podium. We had a great result and enjoyed this format so much.
We can not wait until the next one - whatever that 'weird; combination might be

Nice job - but whose BF1 did you convert? If it was not yours - did you get permission first?

too early to give accurate guess - wait until the first 4 races then make a better judgement

Nah - I looked at the WR and I'm 0.9 seconds slower than it... so not sure about that one...

Whilst you were 'TBOing' last night I was on the SRS again (as you know
)However - the connection timed out again and also I could not get back on.
About 30 minutes earlier another guy was on their and he timed out too
On sat am I got kicked/lost connection twice from SRS server as well - when I was the only guy on it... I reckon that it just kicked me for being so quick

I've just taken the latest set for a spin and I can drive a 3.35 exactly with it.
That is a full 7/8 seconds than the standard setups that are on setupgrid for this combo.
The car is too high, too soft and wrongly geared mate.
Split 1 should be in the 1min 12's/1min 13's I got 1min 14 high.
The third split section is only 20 seconds long and my split was 22 seconds with it.
I like what you are doing - but i would seriously look at forgetting about this setup method on the base set that you have used and see if you can apply it to a fundamentally faster setup in the first place.

1. We realised that the pension fund was running a bit low - so needed some people who could contribute whist Moose and Swiss Tony have their retirement in Benidorm as planned before the GBP/Euro crash.
2. Concept is not totally CTRA-centric - sure CR members race there often but also you have to keep an eye on racers elsewhere.
3. Not as much as you and Cpt Slow
(all good fun just joking)4. Well - only part one of the autopsy has been done yet and the result were well.... inconclusive at this stage

If you are looking at 60% from a daily thing that means as little as you've caused or been involved with (including slowing down and avoiding) 3 yellow flags over a 5 lap period...
