The response comes after a time where no one has indicated that they would make these skins. The reason is the guy is a demo user. I'm all for making skins of people (which i have done regulalry) but only for people who are S2 registered. Its a way of thanking people who have helped LFS with THEIR contribution.
Most request by Demo users don't get done - its not because of the content type - its because of the fact that the majorety of the demo users have not contributed anything to the LFS community - so the community does not to tend to give them 'additional' stuff.
Hope this makes more sense to you when you read this

chances of a skin being made for you are greatly increased with an S2 license
Congratulations to O'Keefe for joining your team - just get him to change his avatar - I laugh every time I see a responses by new team members who have an avatar or a signature that is advertising their OLD team

no point starting a 'team' with 2 people who will be 10 or 11 hours difference between them
Banshee has written a very good document about the process and pitfalls of the making of a team and i would agree with him on all points.
IMO too many people want to join a team or make a team within 5 minutes of playing LFS.
Take your time, race some more and slowly and surely find out what you want to do and more importantly who you want to do it with

what does the windows calibration for this wheel show in game controllers - it is matching the movement of the wheel with what is on screen?

silly question - why can hte person who made your GREAT team skins not just make a simple suit and helmet texture? surely their skills are good enough - just get yourslef a pro kit of both and way he goes

2 tips.
1. dry brush your metal bits. basically black undercoat it normally then wipe off the excess metal coloured paint on an old brush and with the very small amount left dry brush it onto the model.
2. if you want a high gloss model and transfers/decals you need to matt varnish it first, then high gloss it. (the reverse is true for a matt finish
3. don't paint the tyres

sorry - but your voice clarity needs work... you may be a comentator in real life but I find it very difficult to hear you clearly - not sure if its the audio or your accent or a bit of both

lolBut yes - although the LFS community is a great place to be - things which require input from others will generally be better accepted for an S2 (or S1 user) than a demo'er.... its nothing nasty or malicious.... its just the way it is
