After the new car 2 weeks ago we're back to classics - one of the powerful GTR machines was used for the 2nd RTFR race of this year,the FZR proved to be a good challenge for many drivers and most of them had also rivals around them to make the challenge even more difficult. 39 drivers qualified this time,just a bit short of full grid - the car difficulty obviously had an effect.
Despite different car,the winner is the same as 2 weeks ago - V.Laguckas had no real competition,setting a laptime more than a second faster than the competition and earning his 7th pole position was just a start. He led every single of 13 race laps and crossed the finish line first,scoring his 4th racewin,setting his 3rd fastest lap of the race during the process,it was also 6th top5 finish for him. Besides that V.Laguckas is the 16th driver to win back to back races in RTFR - in 2 weeks he has a chance to become 6th driver to make a 3 or more win streak. 3rd best driver of last RTFR season J.Katila finished 2nd,advancing 2 positions during the race - 14th top5 finish for him. Fatal repeated his personal best finish - 3rd and scored his 5th top5 finish,but his teammate Ohnifus by finishing 4th improved his personal best result by 3 positions,also his qualifying position 6th was an improvement by 4 positions. Top5 was closed by Unite,who added 52nd top5 finish in his stats and tied R.Kardol for 3rd most top5 finishes.
