I have surfed every mod page, every forum and I havent found it/download link doesnt work/doesn't work online/works only on one of three XR cars (mostly XRT) and I really need an open headlights mod for XRG/XRT/XRR cars (not sleepy) and it would be perfect, if mod will work online.
