I try to find something here with no results, I need to know how to do this, I have sony vegas and I have adobe after effects (wich Im brand new so I dont know so much about how to use it)

I tried to do something like this (long time ago), here is my result:

The technique called motion tracking. Here you can find some tutorials:

a basic thing you could do is, mod the texture of the brake disk to a certain colour, and then colour-key that out and replace it by a glowing layer. This wouldnt affect the movement of the rims at all.

how can I do this?
