you mean the training sessions? they're not mandatory at all.

No, you don't have to complete any of the tutorials. There's no cars or tracks to unlock, everything just comes with the S2 license.

The only difference is that you will most likely have more feeling. Will act safer and be more competitive.

To follow the true LFS tradition for new members, you have to go straight online into the most full servers and crash everyone in the first turn. Then eventually get banned from that server and repeat until you are banned from all decently populated servers. After going through this phase, you will undoubtedly require another S2 account in order to play online again.

Thankfully, for me, I made the mistake of completing all of the training lessons at the pro level at least twice before racing online.
