Well, been trying to cover a new skin for myself but have no luck as there is no wire frame with this to work from ive searched and googled it, and done some more re-search but nothing.

Can you help a brother out?

Which program do you use?
Have you heard of these already?

If you use MS Paint you can't open them, with Photoshop or the GIMP you can. I'm not sure about other programs so you'd have to try out.

not sure about them, but when i make one they dont seam to work well.
