wud just make it easier to adust color before adding things. if it's possible to get one.

thanks but stll not quite what i was looking for, when i use paint and fill It doesnt work well for side becaust of all the shadows and color change. maybe if i had photoshop it'll be easier? I am using photoscape, since it's free. it's hard to put pics ontop and still see where everything is and color like i've seen in the vids or maybe i just need to learn how to

Download and try the GIMP. Draw something then put the default skin layer on top and select multiply in layer options. I don't use GIMP but it should work that way.
