From the forums yes, we (Speaking only for the CRC) asked you to stop posting, but with guest posting it continued, but never actually banned from the CRC Servers. Also, we have changed hosts since then so all bans (if they where actually carried out), no longer exist.

The XFR was running at the time because of a running league that was going on, combo's change more regularly now.

For ATC, id talk to Franky500, its not my place to say.

Anyway, I would hope that all would bee welcome to visit CRC Servers, yes there are rules there, but they are for the good of the community, not for one singular person.
