Is the AFOX AG31-M1 any good? I can get a good deal on it.

I don't want to be begging, but does anyone know anything about it?

For which CPU?
Well I have a Celeron D ATM but want to upgrade cheaply .
A Gigabyte EP35/45 would be a good board, slightly overbudget though...Not sure how cheap 35s are now, can't seem to find them
