How can i get the the AutoX Layout thing to come up normally it is Ctrl + U but when i do it it comes up as User View...? I'm really stumped, cana nyone help, please?

Yea i know sorry yea it is Shift + U that is what i meant, sorry, but still is not working, i will try the space button.
