Can not participate due button clutch not allowed and I have no chance to use as non-button clutch. I guess that's about it.

Only thing that's ruled out is manual clutch operated via button. You can still set to autoclutch and if so much needed - you can still use button to engage clutch.
It's set up to avoid misuse of instant clutch (on/off) which then has advantage over people who use axis clutch (or also auto clutch).

No idea... I check now what's the issue.

Yes, the issue is on my own... Fixed it, but I do not remember anymore why I have used this kind of setting... I tried to check configuration on my older PC but I didn't have any certain clues there.

Only explanation is that I have tried something and forgot...

...annoying... I simply do not remember why it was like this way. lol :DDDD

EDIT: Except now I remember why exactly it was set as so... and now I also do remember why I would rather use wheel and pedals... and also do remember why I can not use those...

...BLAH... Anyway the reason was modded vehicles. ( And some of their awkward transmission settings in bandwidths )
