the demo is plain ***impressive***, the only racing simulator I could say it can be superior to LFS.

But... useless without G25 support, playing this with Microsoft Toy Wheel is just a disaster, however, I just heard they'll implement that (crossing fingers).

well, in a way, lfs does support multicore: I'm almost sure the sound runs in a different thread than the game.

Quote from Test Driver :I found this short video showing the 2006 Monza GP warm-up lap:

You can see how some drivers are forcing wheelspin to warm up the tyres, and while they are doing that they steer hard left and right in a quick manner. Still they don't loose control of their car.

My problem is: when i try to imitate this maneuvers with the BF1 in LFS, i end up in a wall and with a broken front wing. Once the BF1 starts sliding it's gone for good.

However i'm not very experienced with the BF1, so i wonder if anyone else is actually able to reproduce this kind of driving in LFS?

Of course i can't say how close the BF1 in LFS is to driving a real F1 car, but the handling at low speeds feels too diffucult to me.

Heres one more video showing a warm up lap from the on-board cam:

+1. Indeed, that F1 car behaviour in LFS must be very far from real life, it just cant be that unstable to drive.

I have one for the last left-turn of Blackwood GP: "La Imposible". =). (it's impossible to handle it right consistently, at least for me =)

AS Club T1 (to the right): "Fight Club" , as there're lot of crashes usually at starts

About splitting, ok.. but 10+... 20 euros is what a mcdonalds meal cost!, in any case, I wouldnt care me running Spa or other tracks alone. Devs have to make profit/a life after all out of this.

Definitelly I would pay for official extra lfs content (cars, tracks). I would also kept the program closed (as it's now) for consistency reasons.

It will also add a nice 'private-jetset-club' touch to it =).

Sorry for the engrish.

I would be paying +20 euros for "Spa" track add-on.

It has a ridiculous price already for the countless hours of entertaiment you'll get. I have 2 s2 licenses, one for me and my other for my little brother. Best cash spent ever.

In my opinion is underpriced software.
Did LFS changed the way you drive in real life?

First of all, i'm not a quick driver on LFS, just average. And I race in LFS about 5 or 6 hours a week, always multiplayer. Been user of LFS since 6 months.

Might be a stupid question but:

I always had been a very calm real life driver, (very soft on pedals, shifting at low [normal] revs, etc) but I think i'm getting the bad habit to be a bit more aggressive at the car since i using LFS, wich definitivelly is not good.

Does did happening to somebody else? Did LFS influenced the way you use your car ?

In my opinion the level of simulation/realism in LFS is so -terrible- close to real life that i'm quite sure things like this doesnt happen to me only.
