Yesterday we ran our first race of our FOX LatinAmerica Championship on "LFS.cl S2" with 28 players and Server/Client on B16, plus 2 or 3 racers with 3G connection and everything was excelent!
Sure some lag from a few racers but no disconnections during the race even when most of players had 80ms to 220ms of ping

Something similar happens to me and other friends.
We get a list of servers and are only about 2 or 3, even when activated Empty and private.

Checking on lfsworld appear many servers but not with the LFS version LFS B11
Ex: "lfs.cl S2" appears on lfsworld but isn't listed on LFS B11 :/

Con las buenas impresiones del evento a fin de año, creo que deberíamos estar poniendo 3 equipos nuevamente de LFS.CL

MM asi es... El piloto de nuestro team Metaledo estaba partiendo bajo la posición 10 si mal no recuerdo y por condorearse en una curva quedó 14 y terminó por partir en esa misma posición , perdiendo altiro bastantes posiciones.
Según lo comentado internamente, decía que quedó en la duda el volver a su posición original ya que no habia nada especificado si se quedaba atrás por despiste. Por otro lado, los que adelantaron en ese momento no se les notó intensión de devolver posicion

Excelente evento!. Veo que fuimos varios en las 129 vueltas, pena que la mayoria por las desconexiones de internet. De todas maneras felicitaciones!

En general, los comentarios en nuestro foro fue de que quedamos más que conformes con el buen nivel en general de los pilotos y muy agradecidos del gran trabajo y organización que se mandaron para que resultara este evento

Pena que en 2 de 3 autos de nuestro equipo sufrimos desconexiones pero que se le va a hacer.... estabamos muy optimistas con lograr buenos resultados con 2 de nuestros autos y el 3ro muleto (yo ahi) llegar lo más adelante posible y asi lo estabamos haciendo con un 6to lugar y con claras intensiones de ir descontando al 5to pero desconexion también . La pena es que al volver en realidad el equipo anda perdidísimo ya que no se sabe bien quien es posición y quien no ya que como hay que comenzar a sumar etc etc... pero bueno... es mejor eso a perder la carrera por el simple hecho de que se caiga la conexión. Fue creo una buena medida aplicada y vi que sirvió para varios equipos .

Por ahi en la ultima vuelta comencé a presionar un poco a DFS creo que era pero despues aflojé el ritmo para que llegaramos tranquilos despues de 6 horas de carrera y lo más seguro es que con nuestra desconexión no ubiera sido posición... o si¡????

Para este tipo de eventos... recuerden que Chile siempre estará dispuesto a participar, haciendose presente en el evento y ayudando en lo que podamos. Solo avisar!!

Early on the morning i have no problems but on the afternoon or night its imposible to conect

And more.. i can stay surfing the web without porblem... but when i try to connect to a server... so, i can some times but i can't be connected more than a few minutes.. then mostly cant reconect. I even lost the posibility of websurfing.... all this hapen when i try to use the LFS.

I also try downloading again the gam but the problem persist... Must be the ISP? must be a patch from MS?

mmm... din't try using 2 times the same speed on same mpr..
but using same mpr at different speeds replay, the top speed vary a little, like you said

I saw tha same case on version 1.49 . The top speed can vary

and how can i edit the list if i'm running my server on a Linux box with Wine??

Yes.. i was offering to participate on small Leagues, only for Chilean people because the server have only 256Kb to international conections.

And about write in spanish, was for do a diference and make the easiest way to see the msg

The LFS drivers on Chile seems to be about 500 but with S2 license i think we are a few only.

Eso.. para los corredores Chilenos que corran con cierta frecuencia y puedan conectarse a eso de las 22:00 horas.

Estamos haciendo minitorneos, digo a nivel local porque el server tiene una conexión internacional muuy baja (256Kb). Así que si eres de chile, excelente! En este momento somos como 9, con un tope de 15 aprox.
