Hey!

To the Admins of this magnificent server: the server version needs to be refreshed. Now the server is empty, because racers with the new version are unable to connect to their favourite server...

Thank you!

Hi! Just bought S2, any tips where can I find good racing servers apart from the stupid drift servers and the carmageddon style demo servers? I tought that the gates of heaven will open for me if I buy S2, now I'm a bit dissapointed...

The best thing about it, that you can handle it as hard as you want. It wont brake. I dont know how long a plastic wheel would last if I handle them as hard as this one.
I forget the most important thing last time, it turns 900°.
And you're right about the driving position. It counts a lot! Much better and much more realistic, than sitting on an office chair...

I read the manual of this program you recommended, it says, that the resolution of every axis is 10 bits. I dont know what this exactly means, but I guess this is too small. This was the reason I used a mouse. The resolution of the wingman wheel wasnt enough. But thanks anyways!

Hi!

Here are the pictures. It's actually a beta version, that's why it looks so ugly The force feedback part and the electronics came from an old Logitech wingman wheel. I spent money only on the steering wheel (~4 eur) and on the USB trackball mouse (~1 eur), wich is very rare. Everything else are things what I found in the shed. Most of the parts are made from bakelite plates (that's the dark wood-like thing). I inverted the wirings in the mouse, so it uses the scroll as X axis.

It works fine, just how I wanted
I think I can test it tomorrow in action, with the wheel. I will report you how it's working.

This is exactly what I needed! Is this your work? You have no idea how thankful I am! Thank you very much!

I have only one little request: is it possible to make the program center the cursor with the scroll button, or with the right mouse button? Then I could use a microswitch of the mouse, instead of taking apart my keyboard

Program to jump mouse to center

Hi all!

I'm looking for a progam, what makes the mouse jump in center position, when I press a button on the keyboard, or on the mouse, while I play LFS. Important thing, that it needs to work with an usb mouse, because I use a laptop.

I know it sounds a bit weird, so I tell the reason why I need this. I made a custom (force feedback) steering wheel using an usb trackball mouse, a logitech wingman formula force gp and some junk . After a lots of hours of work I had to face, that it's not working, because the mouse is not precise enough. But if I could find a program like this, I could solve this problem completely. It will jump the mouse center, when I turn the wheel in center position.

Any idea where can I found this program?
