Yes, at least if it's the USB version. There might be problems on the gameport one.

you should be able to get a gameport to usb converter if it is a gameport connection... or was it the other way around...???

Works absolutely fine with the USB version. (On XP anyway. You have to install the sidewinder v4.0 drivers though to get the pedals on separate axis. Not sure if those drivers will work on Vista though.)
