Quote from speed1 :Wow, those things are a bit pricey. Do you race?

lol no. I lied. I was just posting my favorites.

Rainbows sure are great thongs, though.
Oddly enough, I just bought two pairs today.

These and These.

I somehow dont think that those Sidis are worth 400$, no matter how good they are/how crappy our economy is.
Trainers: P.E white kit : some cheapo asda white trainers
P.E black kit : reebok classics
Casual 1: Another pair of reebok classics
Casual 2: A pair of diadora velcro trainers
Vans (Low-Cabs for anyone who cares)
And some unbranded Officer's Club suede black loafers for when I need something a little more dressy. For a tenner you can't really go wrong, and they're comfy as hell.
Summer
Winter (Tango gambell is teh closest although no heels)

On summer I usually have two types of shoes, ones for casual/work/city/drinking. Need to be comfortable. The other ones are more robust, mostly used when I'm doing something stupid or working outside. The robust ones I've used are the shoes I got from my summer job some years ago. A bit heavy (some steel padding, good for kicking stuff) but quite comfortable as well. And no need to watch out for making them dirty or anything. And naturally the winter shoes need to have some padding to make them more warm than the summer ones although not much. Some tread for slippery surfaces is a requirement too. For normal outages I have some cheapo sneakers.

Few years ago I had winter shoes that had thick base which made the shoes first off quite heavy but the thickness made driving a car a bit tricky as I couldn't feel the pedals at all. The main annoyance with the shoes was that they weren't very comfortable. Everytime I had to walk more than a mile my feet started to ache.
Puma Ferrari Future cat gt a few times now i have these Puma Ferrari ones with CF on the back!
Does someone want to tell me some good shoes for platform pedals, please?
Mostly boots these days.

Standard black steel toe caps for work.
British Army boots for curbstomping.
Mil-Com desert patrol boots for looking sexy.
Circa Ja208 Allie Skate Shoe for lounging/driving
Reef something or other shoes for running/lounging/driving (I've had them so long I don't remember the name).

Woo, way too many pairs of shoes for a male.
Usually some no-name sport shoes.
Sometimes some Geox.

It wont be real CF, most likely look a like stick on Carbon Fibre.
Why would they not? My old footy boots had carbon fibre on the heel protector, it isn't as expensive as you think it is.
